Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a network entity may transmit an energy usage report configuration associated with an energy usage policy. The network entity may receive a first energy usage report associated with the energy usage report configuration. The network entity may transmit a second energy usage report associated with the first energy usage report. Numerous other aspects are described.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a network node may transmit, to a reconfigurable intelligent surface (RIS) controller associated with an RIS, a configuration for applying an RIS pattern. The network node may receive, from a network element, a measurement report indicating received observations of pilot signals reflected by the RIS in accordance with the RIS pattern. The network node may transmit, to the RIS controller and based at least in part on the measurement report, an indication of one or more of an updated codebook or a phase drift associated with a calibration of the RIS. Numerous other aspects are described.

Abstract: A method of wireless communication by a first user equipment (UE), includes receiving downlink signals from a network device. The method also includes receiving cross-link interference (CLI) to the downlink signals, the cross-link interference originating from a second UE. The method further includes receiving a configuration for a report of multiple differential cross-link interference metric values measured for multiple different cross-link interference resources and an absolute cross-link interference metric value measured for the different CLI resources. The method includes transmitting the report of the differential cross-link interference metric values measured for the different CLI resources.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a repeater device may receive a detection configuration that is associated with autonomous detection of a transmission that is associated with a user equipment (UE). The repeater device may detect the transmission based at least in part on the detection configuration. The repeater device may transmit a detection indication that is based at least in part on detecting the transmission. Numerous other aspects are described.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive first system information indicative of a first synchronization signal block (SSB) configuration, the first SSB configuration indicating a plurality of SSBs comprising at least one deactivated SSB. The UE may receive, based on a reactivation of the at least one deactivated SSB, second system information, the second system information omitting a second SSB configuration. Numerous other aspects are described.

Abstract: Aspects described herein relate to transmitting, to a serving cell, a discovery signal identifier associated with an energy saving (ES) cell discovered by a user equipment (UE), receiving, from the serving cell, a resource grant scheduling resources for transmitting an uplink discovery signal to the ES cell, and transmitting, using the resources, the uplink discovery signal to the ES cell. Other aspects relate to receiving the uplink discovery signal from the UE and scheduling the UE and ES cell to respectively transmit and receive the uplink discovery signal.

Abstract: In an aspect, a network entity may obtain an indication of whether a mobile termination node of a repeater and a forwarding node of the repeater are co-located. The network entity may obtain, based on the indication, location information indicative of a location of at least one of the mobile termination node or the forwarding node. The network entity may obtain timing information associated with the repeater. The network node may provide, for a network node, a request to transmit a set of reference signals or to perform a set of measurements for a positioning session based on the location information and the timing information.
