    Abstract: A base station performs joint channel estimation for a set of physical uplink control channels (PUCCHs), where one or more PUCCHs of the set of PUCCHs comprises a corresponding DMRS from a user equipment (UE). The UE receives an indication to transmit the set of PUCCHs, one or more PUCCHs of the set of PUCCHs comprising a DMRS from the base station. The base station transmits, and the UE receives, spatial filter or power control information elements for each PUCCH of the set of PUCCHs. The UE transmits the PUCCHs comprising corresponding DMRS based on a same spatial filter with a same power control parameters, spatial filter or power control information element for a first PUCCH of the set of PUCCHs indicating the same spatial filter or same power control parameter, the set of PUCCHs having phase continuity.

    Abstract: A UE may receive a configuration of multiple TCI states including a TCI state for each of multiple TRPs. The UE may also receive an indication of dormancy for one or more TRP of the multiple TRPs. The UE may further transmit or receive communication based on a default TCI state, the default TCI based at least in part on the dormancy of the TRP. The UE may communicate with a network entity that configures multiple TCI states for the UE. The multiple TCI states may include a TCI state for each of multiple TRPs. The network entity may output for transmission an indication of dormancy for one or more TRP of the multiple TRPs. The network entity may further output or obtain communication based on a default TCI state, the default TCI based at least in part on the dormancy of the TRP.

    Abstract: Aspects relate to wireless communication including the provision of the ability of a user equipment (UE) to indicate the capability of the UE for demodulation reference signal (DMRS) bundling and/or joint channel estimation (JCE). In aspects, the capability indication includes using at least a physical random access channel (PRACH) to indicate the capability of a UE for repeated transmission of the physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) carrying a connection message, and counting of available slots that are used for the repeated transmission of the physical channel. The method includes establishing a first component carrier as a primary cell for the user equipment (UE) and a second component carrier as a secondary cell for the UE, receiving primary cell configuration information for the second component carrier while the second component carrier is the secondary cell for the UE, receiving a control message triggering a switch of the primary cell from the first component carrier to the second component carrier, and establishing the second component carrier as the primary cell for the UE based on the control message and in accordance with the primary cell configuration information associated with the second component carrier.
