    Abstract: A solid electrolytic capacitor includes an element laminated body, an anode lead, a cathode lead, a coating layer, and an outer packaging resin. In the element laminated body, a plurality of capacitor elements each having an anode part and a cathode part are laminated. The anode lead is connected to a laminated anode part of the element laminated body. The laminated anode part is a part laminated by a plurality of anode part which include the anode part. The cathode lead is connected to a laminated cathode part of the element laminated body. The laminated cathode part is a part laminated by a plurality of cathode part which include the cathode part. The coating layer fills at least a part of a gap between the plurality of capacitor elements. The outer packaging resin seals the element laminated body together with a part of the anode lead and a part of the cathode lead.

    Abstract: Provided is an electrolytic capacitor including: a capacitor element including an anode body, a dielectric layer formed on the anode body, a solid electrolyte layer formed on the dielectric layer, and a cathode layer formed on the solid electrolyte layer; lead terminals each connected to the anode body and the cathode layer; and a packaging member covering at least part of the capacitor element. The packaging member includes a side wall that is electrically conductive, and a bottom face, with at least one of the lead terminals partially exposed from the bottom face. An insulating member is interposed between a first end of the side wall and the lead terminal exposed from the bottom face, the first end being near the bottom face.

    Abstract: A solid electrolytic capacitor includes a capacitor element, a negative terminal, a positive terminal, and a resin package covering the capacitor element. The negative terminal and the positive terminal are joined respectively to a negative electrode section and a positive electrode section of the capacitor element. The negative terminal has a mount portion, a protruding portion, and a collecting portion. The mount portion has the negative electrode section disposed thereon, and is joined to an underside of the negative electrode via a conductive bonding portion. The protruding portion protrudes from a side edge of the mount portion in a same plane as the mount portion, and has a width narrowed stepwise in a protruding direction. The collecting portion is provided adjacent to a side edge of a part where the protruding portion is narrowed stepwise, and accommodates a part of the conductive bonding portion.

    Abstract: A solid electrolytic capacitor includes a capacitor element. The capacitor element includes an anode foil including a base material part and a porous part disposed on a surface of the base material part, a dielectric layer disposed on at least a part of a surface of the anode foil, a solid electrolyte layer covering at least a part of the dielectric layer, and a cathode lead-out layer covering at least a part of the solid electrolyte layer. The anode foil includes an anode section on which the solid electrolyte layer is not disposed, a cathode formation section on which the solid electrolyte layer is disposed, and a separation section located between the anode section and the cathode formation section. A first insulating material is disposed on a surface of the porous part in the separation section. And at least a part of a region of the porous part that is covered with the first insulating material includes a second insulating material.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a solid electrolytic capacitor 1 including capacitor elements 2A to 2C, an anode terminal 4, and a resin package body enclosing at least the capacitor elements, the capacitor elements 2A to 2C each including an anode body 6 having a porous portion as a surface layer, a dielectric layer 7, and a cathode part 8 covering at least part of the dielectric layer 7. The anode body 9 has a cathode forming portion and an anode thin-thickness portion adjacent to the cathode forming portion. The dielectric layer 7 covers at least part of a surface of the porous portion in the cathode forming portion. The porous portion is removed in the anode thin-thickness portion or is thinner in the anode thin-thickness portion than in the cathode forming portion. The anode body is connected to the anode terminal 4 at the anode thin-thickness portion.
