Abstract: A technique includes multiplying, by a user device, a first uplink control information, associated with a first control channel format length, with a first orthogonal signal to obtain a first spread control signal, multiplying, by the user device, a second uplink control information, associated with a second control channel format length, with a second orthogonal signal that is different than the first orthogonal signal to obtain a second spread control signal, the second control channel format length being different than the first control channel format length, receiving, by the user device, a first resource grant indicating one or more resource blocks for uplink transmission, the first resource grant associated with or provided for the first uplink control information, and transmitting, by the user device, at least partially simultaneously via the one or more resource blocks, the first spread control signal and the second spread control signal.

Abstract: According to a first embodiment, a method may include receiving, by a user equipment, at least one downlink assignment indicating at least one multiplexing group indicator. The method may further include generating, by the user equipment, at least one hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement codebook in a sub-slot for each received multiplexing group indicator value. The method may further include determining, by the user equipment, whether more than one PUCCH resource associated with more than one multiplexing group indicator overlaps in time. The method may further include transmitting, by the user equipment, the highest priority codebook on the determined PUCCH resource and preventing, by the user equipment, transmission of the lower-priority HARQ-ACKs based on the at least one MGI indication in case an overlap in time has been determined. The method may further include transmitting, by the user equipment, the generated codebook on the determined PUCCH resource.

Abstract: A method, apparatus, and a computer-readable storage medium are provided for constructing a HARQ-ACK codebook for managing the trade-off between codebook size and feedback granularity. In an example implementation, the method may include a network node determining a second time domain resource allocation table and transmitting configuration information to the UE. The method may further include the network node transmitting downlink data to the UE and receiving the one or more ACKs and/or NACKs from the UE in response to the transmitting of the downlink data, the one or more ACKs/NACKs being generated based at least on the second time resource allocation table. In another example implementation, the method may include a user equipment (UE) receiving configuration information from a network node, receiving downlink data from the network node, and transmitting one or more ACKs/NACKs to the network node.

Abstract: A method may include receiving, from a network node, association and configuration information for a plurality of sequences, where each sequence may be associated to at least one network-node beam or beam-pair link. The method may also include performing beam measurements of beams from the network node to obtain beam measurement information. The method may further include detecting beam misalignment of the beam based on the beam measurement information. In addition, the method may include transmitting a sequence among the plurality of sequences to the network node to inform the network node of the beam misalignment, and to trigger the network node to start a beam adjustment procedure and a monitoring procedure for a configured-grant configuration. Further, the method may include, after transmitting the sequence, considering the indicated preferred beam as a new serving beam, and switching to the configured-grant configuration associated with this new serving beam.

Abstract: A method may include transmitting, by a user equipment, a data packet to a network entity. The method may further include starting, by the user equipment, a timer with a first value associated with the transmission to the network entity. The method may further include checking, by the user equipment, for feedback from the network entity associated with the transmission to the network entity. The method may further include determining, by the user equipment, that no feedback for the transmission has been received within the associated timer, or a negative acknowledgement has been received without the corresponding resource allocation for re-transmission. The method may further include in response to receiving no feedback associated with the transmission within the associated timer, or receiving a negative acknowledgement without the corresponding resource allocation for re-transmission, re-transmitting, by the user equipment, the data packet to the network entity.
