    Abstract: Example embodiments of the present disclosure relate to QoE measurement collection in non-connected State. In an example method, a terminal device receives, from an access network device, a quality of experience (QoE) measurement collection (QMC) procedure configuration indicating whether a QMC procedure is to be continued when the terminal device enters into a non-connected state. Then, the terminal device logs, in a logging buffer, QMC logging data of the QMC procedure performed at the terminal device in the non-connected state based on determining that the QMC procedure configuration indicates that the QMC procedure is to be continued when the terminal device enters into the non-connected state. In this way, QMC data collected in a non-connected state can be stored in the logging buffer so that the needed QMC data collected during non-connected state can be maintained.

    Abstract: An apparatus for use by a communication element or function configured to communicate in a communication network comprising a plurality of communications cells, the apparatus comprising at least one processing circuitry, and at least one memory for storing instructions to be executed by the processing circuitry, wherein the at least one memory and the instructions are configured to, with the at least one processing circuitry, cause the apparatus at least: to execute a handover procedure for changing a communication connection from a source cell currently serving the communication element or function to a target cell; to determine beam information indicating a communication beam of the source cell serving the communication element or function at the time when the handover procedure is executed; and to cause sending the beam information to a communication network control element or function to which the communication element is connected after the handover procedure is ended.

    Abstract: In accordance with example embodiments as described herein there is at least an apparatus and method to perform determining that at least one packet data convergence protocol data unit of a packet data convergence protocol sublayer are duplicate packet data convergence protocol data units of the packet data convergence protocol sublayer having been submitted for transmission on two or more carriers in a communication network; signaling to a control sublayer an indication of each packet data convergence protocol data unit that is a duplicate packet data convergence protocol data unit; and based on the indication, preventing a trigger of a radio link failure when a number of retransmissions based on the duplicate packet data convergence protocol data units reaches a threshold number of retransmissions. Further, there is at least an apparatus and method to perform transmitting packet data convergence protocol data unit duplicates over two or more carriers; receiving an indication that indicates packet data convergence protocol data unit has been correctly transmitted via one of two or more carriers; and upon receiving the indication, instructing to discard other packet data convergence protocol duplicates over carriers other than the one of two or more carriers with a successful delivery.
