Abstract: The present invention relates to an electric dust collecting filter and an electric dust collecting device comprising same. An electric dust collecting filter according to one aspect of the present invention comprises a plurality of film electrodes that are arranged apart from each other at regular intervals and form an electric field to collect foreign matter in the air, wherein the film electrode includes: an insulating part that defines one surface and the other surface of the film electrode; a first electrode part disposed on one side inside the insulating part and having a plurality of first wire electrodes spaced apart from each other; and a second electrode part disposed on the other side inside the insulating part and having a plurality of second wire electrodes that are disposed between the plurality of first wire electrodes spaced apart from each other and provided alternately with the plurality of first wire electrodes.
