Abstract: Disclosed is a post-treatment method of a piezoelectric oxide single crystal substrate for suppressing pyroelectric properties of the substrate, and a method for manufacturing a lithium tantalate single crystal substrate using the same. According to one aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a post-treatment method of a piezoelectric oxide single crystal substrate, the method including: loading at least one reducing agent and the single crystal substrate into a treatment device; and performing reduction treatment by heat treating the substrate while maintaining the inside of the treatment device in a preset environment, wherein the preset environment means that heat treatment is performed at a temperature of 200° C. to 400° C. under normal pressure.

Abstract: Disclosed is fluorophosphate glasses for an active device, the fluorophosphate glasses including: a metaphosphate composition including Mg(PO3)2 of about 20 mol % to about 60 mol %; a fluoride composition including BaF2 of about 20 mol % to about 60 mol % and CaF2 of about 0 mol % to about 40 mol %; and dopants including rare earth elements, in which there is an effect of increasing a carrier lifetime at a metastable state energy level that is stimulated-emitted due to an efficient energy transfer phenomenon by composition optimization of dopants (e.g. Er and Yb).

Abstract: A fruit quantity measurement system includes an unmanned aerial vehicle configured to receive GPS information about a fruit tree region of a predetermined area and an RF signal transmitted from an RF transmitter installed for each fruit tree and provide fruit tree images captured using at least one image sensor while flying based on a predetermined flight plan over the fruit tree region, and a monitoring server configured to be connected to the unmanned aerial vehicle through a communication network to receive GPS information and an RF signal from the unmanned aerial vehicle, match and store location data for each fruit tree, analyze the fruit tree image, measure the number of fruits for each fruit tree, store fruit counting information, and provide the stored location data or fruit counting information for each fruit tree according to a request from a user terminal authorized in advance.
