    摘要: A composite manufacturing method with extruding and turning process for extruding and turning a workpiece includes a clamping step, an isolating step, an extruding step and a turning step. The composite manufacturing method is used for manufacturing a surgical instrument. The clamping step is for positioning a clamping portion of the workpiece by a lathe chuck of the lathe apparatus. The isolating step is for blocking a lathe extruding force via an isolating portion of an extruding apparatus. The extruding step is for extruding a processing end portion of the workpiece by the extruding apparatus and generating the lathe extruding force transmitted toward a clamping portion of the workpiece. The turning step is for turning the processing end portion of the extruded workpiece by a lathe apparatus. The extruding apparatus is disposed on the lathe apparatus.

    摘要: The present disclosure provides an electrochemical machining apparatus including a pressurized tank, a cap, a stabilizing plate, a guiding element, and an electrode. The pressurizing tank has a top surface and a chamber, wherein the top surface is disposed with an opening and a limiting portion. The cap fits in the opening and is limited by the limiting portion to seal the pressurized tank. The stabilizing plate is spaced from the top surface or the cap by a distance. The guiding element penetrates the stabilizing plate to connect with the cap and provides a channel to the chamber. The electrode is guided by the guiding element and penetrates the chamber via the channel. When the electrode processes a workpiece in the chamber during an electrochemical machining operation, the cap takes a pressure generated during the electrochemical machining operation, and the stabilizing plate stabilizes the electrode and the guiding element.

    摘要: An electrochemical machining apparatus for forming turbine blades includes a main base, an upper seat and an electrode unit. The main base includes a working platform for allowing a turbine blade to be placed thereon. The working platform includes an upper step stage for resisting the turbine blade, and a lower step stage for keeping a predetermined working space from a portion of the turbine blade desired to be cut. The main base has a guiding channel for allowing an electrolyte to flow through the predetermined working space. The upper seat is configured to cover above the main base and to contact one side of the turbine blade to form an electrical connection. The electrode unit includes an anode electrode electrically connected to the upper seat and at least one cathode electrode disposed on the main base.

    摘要: An electrochemical machining apparatus with a clamping device and an electrode aligned in the same direction includes a platen, a lower seat, an anode electrode and a cathode electrode. The platen and the lower seat are located relatively for clamping. A working space is formed between the platen and the lower seat for allowing a workpiece to be placed therein.     摘要: An electrochemical machining device includes a plurality of electrodes, a guiding member and a plate member. The electrodes are disposed around a workpiece. The guiding member is configured to limit and guide each of the electrodes to move. The plate member is configured to exert a force to each of the electrodes. The driving member is configured to rotate the workpiece. The plate member is connected to each of the electrodes. A force-exerting direction of the force from the plate member to each of the electrodes is parallel to a central axis of each of the electrodes or deflects off the central axis. Each of the electrodes is passed through the guiding member and configured to perform a machining on the workpiece which is rotated by the driving member, and each of the electrodes has an electrochemical machining direction which is perpendicular, oblique or parallel to the workpiece.
