Abstract: This application provides a communication method, a communications apparatus, and a system. The communication method includes: sending first indication information used to indicate that a system bandwidth of a first-type terminal device is a first system bandwidth, where the first system bandwidth is less than or equal to a cell-specific reference signal (CRS) mitigation bandwidth; and sending second indication information to a second-type terminal device, where the second indication information is used to indicate that a system bandwidth of the second-type terminal device is a second system bandwidth, and the second-type terminal device can support a network-based CRS mitigation technology. According to this application, communication performance of a conventional terminal device and a terminal device that can support a CRS mitigation technology in a network device configured with a network-based CRS mitigation technology can be ensured.

Abstract: A data transmission method, a transmitting device, and a receiving device are disclosed. The method is applicable to a wireless communications system including a plurality of beams, and includes: determining, by a transmitting device, beam indication information and at least one transmit beam used for sending data to a receiving device; sending, by the transmitting device, the beam indication information to the receiving device; and transmitting, by the transmitting device, the data by using the at least one transmit beam. The transmitting device sends the beam indication information to indicate, to the receiving device, a corresponding receive beam used for receiving the data transmitted by the transmitting device.

The method includes: receiving, by a terminal apparatus, first information from a second base station, where the first information includes network-based cell-specific reference signal CRS bandwidth mitigation status information of a first base station, the second base station is a base station of a serving cell of the terminal apparatus, and the first base station is a base station of a neighboring cell of the serving cell; determining, by the terminal apparatus, a measurement bandwidth value based on at least the first information; and measuring, by the terminal apparatus based on the measurement bandwidth value, at least one of signal strength or signal quality of the serving cell in which the terminal apparatus is located or the neighboring cell of the serving cell.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose an interference coordination method and apparatus. The method includes: receiving direction restriction information, where the direction restriction information includes angle restriction information, and the angle restriction information is used to indicate a restricted transmission direction; determining a signal preprocessing manner, where a transmission direction formed based on the signal preprocessing manner does not include the restricted transmission direction; and feeding back the signal preprocessing manner. According to the embodiments of the present invention, signaling overheads can be reduced, and an interference coordination application scenario can be expanded.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method for transmitting an uplink measurement reference signal. The method is applied to a network-side device and includes the following operations: first, receiving, by the network-side device, an uplink measurement reference signal sent by user equipment, where the uplink measurement reference signal carries downlink interference information of a downlink channel of the network-side device; and then, performing downlink interference estimation on the uplink measurement reference signal, to obtain the downlink interference information. Compared with the prior art in which a base station cannot obtain downlink interference information of a downlink channel used by user equipment, in the present disclosure, the network-side device can effectively schedule the user equipment based on the downlink interference information, thereby improving scheduling efficiency, and improving data transmission efficiency of the downlink channel.
