    Abstract: An implant syringe is provided and includes a cannula, a storage element for receiving a solid material implant, an outer sleeve with a radially projecting front gripping section, with which the cannula, the storage element and the outer sleeve are movable axially together, an inner sleeve on which the outer sleeve sits, where the outer sleeve is retractable by the front gripping section on the inner sleeve so that the cannula completely enters into the inner sleeve and where the inner sleeve includes a front needle guard and a rear spacer, which are locked together, where locking windows are formed in two opposing lugs on the needle guard, and the spacer has two locking hooks, so that to connect the two components, the lugs slide over the locking hooks on the spacer until the locking hooks lock into the locking windows.

    Abstract: The method for producing a container consisting of a rigid outer container and a deformable inner bag. A first screw conveyor supplies a first thermoplastic plastics material for the outer container and at least a second and a third screw conveyor supplies at least a second and a third thermoplastic plastics material for the inner bag to an extruder which coextrudes a parison consisting of at least the first, second and third layers. The parison is inflated by a pressure medium to bring it into contact with the wall of the blow mould, where excess material below the welded seam is cut off and the container is removed from the blow mould. The second thermoplastic plastics material forming the outer layer of the inner bag consists of a material which, in the hardened state, has a rough surface having microscopically small elevations and depressions.

    Abstract: The method for manufacturing a container having a substantially stiff outer container and a readily deformable inner bag of thermoplastic plastic materials which do not form a weld connection with one another, with a container opening and holes in the outer container, wherein the method includes forming holes in the wall of the outer container at diametrically opposed positions, which lie on the intersection line of a plane defined by the base seam and the longitudinal axis of the container with the container wall and that a pin-shaped tool forces the inner bag through the holes by a predetermined distance from the wall of the outer container and thereby detaches it from the wall, whereafter a pressure medium is introduced through the holes into the gap between the inner bag and the outer container, which detaches the inner bag from the wall of the outer container.

The rod-shaped piston is advanceable through the preparation receptacle in the syringe needle so that a distance remains between the tip of the syringe needle and the head end of the piston approximately equal to the length of the preparation to be delivered.
