Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method of providing proximity service communication between terminals. In accordance with an embodiment, a first terminal makes connection to a second terminal with network assistance. The first terminal requests information required to search for the second terminal from a network management server. The network management server determines a communication mode for proximity service communication. The network management server transmits a request message requesting communication between the first terminal and the second terminal in the communication mode to the first and second terminals. In accordance with another embodiment, a first terminal may switch its proximity service communication technology for better QoS without network assistance. The first terminal monitors link status. If the link status is deteriorated, the first terminal requests a second terminal to change proximity service communication technology. The first and the second terminal switch their proximity service communication technologies.
Abstract:
Provided is a report data convergence analysis method for a disaster response. The method includes receiving first input data including report input data of a reporter, reception input data of a receiver, and report document input data that is prepared by the receiver after a disaster situation ends, storing the first input data in a first database, generating a plurality of first learning models through a learning process based on the first input data stored in the first database, and when the report input data of the reporter is received, performing convergence analysis on the plurality of generated first learning models to provide disaster situation information.
Abstract:
Provided are an object tracking system and an object tracking method. The object tracking system includes: a terminal identifier and reference time providing module configured to receive an identifier of a terminal and a reference time for tracking an object corresponding to the identifier; a cross-CCTV detection module configured to detect a cross-CCTV for the terminal by using a CCTV installation information and a location of the terminal before the reference time; a basic image detection module configured to detect an object repeatedly appearing in the cross-CCTV as a basic image; a current-CCTV detection module configured to detect a current-CCTV currently recording the terminal by detecting a location and a moving direction of the terminal after the reference time; an object detection module configured to detect an object appearing in the current-CCTV based on the location and the moving direction of the terminal after the reference time; and an object tracking module configured to track an object corresponding to the identifier by determining whether the detected object from the current-CCTV and the basic image.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a method of detecting a shooting direction and apparatuses performing the method, the method including calculating a crossed angle between an object and a shadow of the object in an image and detecting a shooting direction of a shooting apparatus used for capturing the image based on the crossed angle and a reference angle corresponding to a time and a position at which the image is captured.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein are a method and apparatus for determining responses to dangerous situations based on the degrees of danger. The method includes generating predicted danger information of a crime scene and predicting current danger information of the crime scene based on pieces of report content information and pieces of field police report content information, calculating information about a range of dispatched police force based on pieces of dispatched police report content information, calculating information about a current field police force status and a range of the field police force based on the field police report content information, and determining a response to the crime scene based on supportable resource information for the crime scene, the predicted danger information, the current danger information, the dispatched police force range information, and the information about the current field police force status and the range of the field police force.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein a method, device and system for calculating danger degree of event scene. The method includes: calculating the danger degree of the event scene based on event scene information that includes report data of the event and at least one of brief situation data specifying an outline of an event and data about an event inducer; and providing response information for dealing with the event at the event scene based on the danger degree.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to dangerous situation detection method and apparatus using a time series analysis of user behaviors. The dangerous situation detection method and apparatus using a time series analysis of user behaviors according to the present invention includes recognizing user behaviors in a time series manner using sensor sensing data, setting stability interval periods and reflecting stability factors on the user behaviors recognized in the time series manner for each of the stability interval periods to set a stability level, and determining a danger level on the basis of the recognized user behaviors and the set stability level.
Abstract:
An apparatus, system and method for managing radio resources are disclosed. The apparatus for managing radio resources includes a media independent services (MIS) user unit, a link layer unit, and a media independent services function (MISF) unit. The link layer unit outputs its own link status and radio resource allocation status. The MISF unit receives a report on the link status and radio resource allocation status from the link layer unit, receives a report on link status of a terminal from the corresponding terminal, receives a report on link status and radio resource allocation status of a neighboring Point of Attachment (PoA) from the corresponding neighboring PoA, and receives network configuration information from a network configuration information server. The MIS user unit determines to change radio resource allocation based on information from any one of the link layer unit, the terminal, the neighboring PoA and the network configuration information server.
