Abstract: A device, system and related method are described, the method including receiving at an entitlement resource coordinator (ERC) a plurality of fractional entitlements over a network from a plurality of entitlement resource agents (ERAs), combining at a processor comprised in the ERC at least some of the plurality of fractional entitlements into a whole entitlement, using the combined whole entitlement to retrieve a key, and decrypting a content item according to the key. Related devices, systems and methods are also described.
