A display panel and a manufacture method thereof, and a display apparatus are provided. The display panel has a display region and a border region that surrounds the display region and includes a peripheral circuit region and a peripheral region; the peripheral circuit region is between the display region and the peripheral region. At least a part of a barrier structure of the display panel is in the peripheral circuit region, and the barrier structure includes an organic barrier layer including an opening passing through the organic barrier layer and an inorganic barrier layer covering the organic barrier layer and filling the opening; an extension direction of the opening is same as that of an edge, close to the opening, of the display panel; the peripheral circuit is in the peripheral circuit region.

An OLED display panel and a manufacturing method thereof, a display device and a filling method of a filling adhesive are provided. The OLED display panel comprises: a first substrate and a second substrate disposed opposite to each other; a first adhesive dam connected with and located between the first substrate and the second substrate, and provided with at least one opening; a second adhesive dam connected with and located between the first substrate and the second substrate, located outside the first adhesive dam, and forming a sealed cell together with the first substrate and the second substrate; an OLED device located on an inner side of the first adhesive dam and on the first substrate; and a filling adhesive filled in the inner side of the first adhesive dam. With the OLED display panel, the adjusting difficulty of production engineering of the OLED display panel can be reduced.

A display panel comprising a first substrate and a second substrate cell-assembled with the first substrate, wherein the first substrate is provided with at least one annular protrusion made of frit with the same center point, and the second substrate is provided with an encapsulating zone to fit the annular protrusion, the encapsulating zone comprising at least one annular groove, the amount of which is less than or equal to that of the annular protrusion(s). Embodiments of the present disclosure further provide a packaging method and a display device. An OLED display panel can be ensured to have good internal sealing property by means of its package, and its service life is prolonged.

A method of preparing organic functional layers of light-emitting device including: forming a plurality of holding portions in a pixel definition layer on a substrate; forming a plurality of ink droplets in the holding portions, the ink droplets including a first solvent, a second solvent and one or more solutes, a first saturated vapor pressure of the first solvent being higher than a second saturated vapor pressure of the second solvent, a solubility of the solutes in the first solvent being less than a solubility of the solutes in the second solvent, and a first affinity of lower parts of side walls of the holding portions for the first solvent is greater than a second affinity of the lower parts of the side walls of the holding portions for the second solvent; adjusting a vacuum degree of vacuum drying equipment to a first vacuum degree below the first saturated vapor pressure and above the second saturated vapor pressure to completely remove the first solvent; and adjusting the vacuum degree of the vacuum drying equipment to a second vacuum degree below the saturated vapor pressure of the second solvent to completely remove the second solvent.

The present invention discloses a display panel, a manufacturing method thereof and a display device. The display panel comprises a first substrate divided into a display area and a non-display area surrounding the display area, a plurality of sub-pixel units are provided on a part of the first substrate corresponding to the display area, a photo spacer is provided between two adjacent sub-pixel units and comprises a base and a plurality of protruding structures provided on the base, and the base is made from material including In+ ions which are replaceable with H+ ions. For the display panel, the photo spacers are manufactured using Haze phenomenon generated by contacting ITO thin film with ionized H2, so as to provide support between the encapsulation substrate and the evaporated substrate encapsulated by frit seal and effectively protect the OLED devices from damage, and therefore, the display panel has better performance.
