    Abstract: A sound generating panel, a display device with a screen generating sound and a method for manufacturing a sound generating panel are provided. The sound generating panel includes sound generating unit groups, each of which includes sound generating units. Each sound generating unit includes a support layer with openings and two piezoelectric structures resonating through a cavity, improving a sound pressure generated by the sound generating panel. Each sound generating unit group includes sound generating units with different radii, thereby realizing sound generating at different frequencies, and improving a sound effect of the sound generating panel. Each of some sound generating unit groups includes ultrasonic detection units for detecting a distance between a listener and the sound generating panel, so that an effect of automatically regulating and controlling a volume of sound is realized. In the display device, the sound generating panel is on a display side of a display panel, so that sound waves can directly enter human ears. The sound generating panel provided by the present disclosure is capable of automatically regulating and controlling the volume of sound and having a vivid sound effect, and the sound generating panel is integrated to the display panel, improving a level of integration of a screen.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for manufacturing a nanowire, a method for manufacturing a thin film transistor, a thin film transistor and a semiconductor device. The method for manufacturing the nanowire includes: preparing an insulating layer on a first surface of a substrate; preparing a sacrificial layer on a surface of the insulating layer away from the substrate, and patterning the sacrificial layer to form a guide trench; preparing an inducing particle in the guide trench; preparing a precipitation layer on a surface of the sacrificial layer away from the substrate and in the guide trench, the precipitation layer covering the inducing particle; processing the precipitation layer to precipitate a preset element in the precipitation layer along the guide trench under an induction of the inducing particle to form a nanowire; and removing the sacrificial layer.

    Abstract: A near-eye display device includes: a pixel island array, a micro-lens array, and a light condensing functional layer. The pixel island array includes one or more pixel islands, the micro-lens array includes one or more micro-lenses, and each pixel island corresponds to a corresponding micro-lens on a one-to-one basis. And the light condensing functional layer includes one or more light condensing components, the positions of the light condensing components corresponds to the position of the pixel islands, and the light condensing components are located between the corresponding pixel island and the micro-lens for condensing lights emitted by the pixel islands. The light condensing functional layer is arranged between the micro-lens array and the pixel island array, and the light condensing components is arranged in the light condensing functional layer corresponding to the pixel islands.
