摘要: Provided are a method for engineering T-cells or pluripotent stem cells, as well as engineered T-cells and pluripotent stem cells. The method specifically comprises: engineering the T cells or pluripotent stem cells to obtain engineered T cell or engineered pluripotent stem cells with reduced expression, activity, and/or signaling of NKG2A. The obtained engineered T cell and a composition containing the engineered T cell can be used to treat diseases, such as cancer (tumor) and autoimmune diseases.
