The composition could be delivered in the form of a skin, scalp, hair or oral care product, more particularly a skin care product. The benefit is delivered via a combination of a polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) or an ester thereof and a vitamin B3 compound wherein the mole ratio of the PUFA or ester thereof to the vitamin B3 compound is 1:15 to 1:500.
