Abstract:
本发明在碳源的存在下对微生物进行培养。上述微生物是导入了编码2,4‑二烯酰辅酶A还原酶的fadH基因，该fadH基因为编码包括序列号1表示的氨基酸序列的蛋白质的外来基因、或者编码包括与上述氨基酸序列显示出85％以上序列同一性的氨基酸序列的蛋白质的外来基因。上述碳源含有：包含不饱和脂肪酸作为构成脂肪酸的油脂、或游离不饱和脂肪酸。
