摘要: There is provided a current transferring device for an electric machine comprising a rotary bearing member fixed in a rotor shaft and rotating with it and a non-rotary component. The rotary bearing member includes a first compartment filled with a conducting fluid and having a first opening and a rotor positive connector that is in electrical contact with the conducting fluid therein and electrically connected to a rotor positive pole, and a second compartment filled with a conducting fluid and electrically insulated from the first compartment and having a second opening and a rotor negative connector that is in electrical contact with the conducting fluid therein and electrically connected to a rotor negative pole. The non-rotary component closes the first and second openings.

摘要: A slip ring, in particular for use in a wind turbine, includes an axle extending in an axial direction and a contact region having a contact surface on a peripheral surface of the contact region and a recess extending in a tangential circumferential direction along the peripheral surface. The contact region includes an axial end face formed with an opening which communicates with the recess. The contact region includes three essentially cylindrical segments which define two covering segments and an intermediate segment arranged in a center between the two covering segment. Each of the two covering segments defines a radius which is larger than a radius of the intermediate segment so that a peripheral surface of the intermediate segment forms an underside of the recess. An insulating region is arranged adjacent to the contact region on the axle.

The brush mounting plate includes at least three mounting segments extending radially outwards from an outer surface of the main body, the mounting segments being distributed circumferentially around the main body of the mounting plate, each one of the segments locally surrounding the support of the earthing brush while remaining radially separated from the support.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method and system for manufacturing a motor in which noise and current ripple caused by mechanical friction between a brush and a commutator have been reduced. In detail, a motor manufacturing method of the present disclosure comprises the steps of: assembling a shaft, an armature fixed on the shaft to be rotatably arranged, a commutator fixed on the shaft to rotate together with the armature, and a brush contacting a portion of the surface of the commutator; applying a voltage to the brush and rotating the armature and the commutator together through the rotation of the shaft to age the surface of the commutator; and, in a magnetizing device, connecting a case including a magnetized magnet to the assembled shaft, armature, commutator, and brush.
