摘要: A wire connection device includes an electrical wire, an insulation displacement terminal and a stress relaxation member. The electrical wire includes a conductor and an insulation coating on an outer periphery of the conductor. The insulation displacement terminal has a slot in which the electrical wire is fitted. The insulation displacement terminal is connected to the electrical wire by both side portions of the slot being in direct contact with the conductor and pressing the conductor elastically and plastically. The stress relaxation member is fitted in the slot of the insulation displacement terminal to suppress deterioration of a stress applied to the electrical wire.

摘要: An enclosed connection system for mechanically and electrically connecting first and second cables, the cables each including an elongate electrical conductor covered by an insulation layer, includes an insulation piercing connector and an enclosure. The insulation piercing connector includes at least one electrically conductive piercing member and a clamping mechanism. The clamping mechanism is configured and operable to force the at least one piercing member through the insulation layers of the first and second cables and into electrical engagement with the conductors of the first and second cables such that the conductors of the first and second cables are electrically connected to one another through the at least one piercing member. The enclosure is configured to receive and cover the connection and to protect the insulation piercing connector.

摘要: An electric motor includes a rotor and a stator including a stator core and coils. The coils are defined by a winding wire including winding wire ends electrically contacted with a printed circuit board at an end surface through connectors. The connectors each include at least two insulation displacement contacts receiving a winding wire end of a stator winding. Each connector includes a single electrical connection to the printed circuit board. The connector includes a base body with an underside in contact with the printed circuit board. Each of the at least two insulation displacement contacts includes a clamping slot perpendicular to the underside of the base body. The clamping slots are defined by spaced legs extending from the base body, at least two of the spaced legs being resilient.

摘要: An electrical connection system includes various devices and structures for improving alien crosstalk performance in a high density configuration. In certain examples, a plurality of insulation displacement contacts of a connector are arranged at angle and oriented to be symmetrical about an axial of the connector. The connector includes a connector housing and a shield cap configured to at least partially cover the connector housing. The shield cap includes a shield wall and an open side that is not closed by a shield wall. The shield wall exposes a portion of the connector when the shield cap is mounted to the connector housing. When a plurality of such connectors are arranged side by side in a high density configuration, the connectors are aligned such that the open side of the shield cap is arranged close to, or abutted to, the shield wall of the shield cap of an adjacent connector.

摘要: A module-terminal block connection structure includes: a printed wiring board; a terminal block which is disposed on one surface of the printed wiring board and is formed into a three-dimensional shape by a conductive material, the terminal block being fixed to the printed wiring board; a power module which is disposed on the other surface (rear surface) of the printed wiring board and includes an electric circuit and a press-fit type lead pin used as a circuit terminal; and a conductive portion which is electrically connected to the terminal block, includes a hole (through-hole) for press-inserting the lead pin thereinto, and is electrically connected to the power module while the lead pin is press-inserted into the hole.
