    Abstract: A plug includes a body having a longitudinal axis, a prong extending outward from the body parallel to the longitudinal axis, and a biasing element within the body applying lateral pressure to the prong. A second prong can be provided that extends outward from the body parallel to the first prong, and the biasing element can apply lateral pressure to the second prong. The first prong can be biased toward or away from the second prong, and both can be biased in opposite directions. The biasing element can include a spring, and the spring can be disposed between the first prong and the second prong. Also, the biasing element can cause the prong to angle toward or away from the longitudinal axis. A locking mechanism can be provided to move or inhibit movement of the first prong and the second prong.

    Abstract: A connector disclosed in the present specification includes a connector body including an opening, two power terminals each including a through hole, and an interlock terminal. The two power terminals and the interlock terminal are disposed within the opening. Two tabs are provided on a side surface of the connector body, and each include a hole. In a plan view of the opening, the two power terminals and the interlock terminal are disposed such that a triangle connecting a center of the interlock terminal and centers of the through holes of the two power terminals is an isosceles triangle. The center of the interlock terminal corresponds to a vertex angle of the isosceles triangle. The two tabs are disposed in diagonal areas among four areas divided by a bisector of the vertex angle of the isosceles triangle and a straight line extended from a base of the isosceles triangle.

    Abstract: Examples of the present disclosure include an electrical connector. The electrical connector includes a plug. The plug includes a plug frame and plug ring-segment assemblies.     Abstract: An electrical plug has a pin arrangement including a pair of electrical power transmitting contacts separate from one another and a plurality of electrical signal transmitting contacts separate from each other. A pin arrangement transverse axis extends through a central point of the pin arrangement. A distance extending parallel to the pin arrangement transverse axis between a pair of longitudinal axes of the electrical power transmitting contacts is less than or equal to 6.1 mm.
