摘要: A display device includes a display panel, a driving controller, and a readout circuit. The display panel includes a first part and a second part. The first part includes a first pixel set. The second part includes a first sensor set. The driving controller controls the first pixel set to emit first light when controlling the first sensor set to receive second light. The first sensor set generates a sensing signal using the second light. The readout circuit is electrically connected to at least one of the driving controller and the first sensor set and receives the sensing signal. The display device calculates a dust concentration using the sensing signal.

摘要: A display substrate is provided, including: a base substrate and a plurality of sub-pixels disposed on the base substrate. Each sub-pixel includes a pixel driving circuit, and the pixel driving circuit includes a writing transistor, a compensation transistor, a first reset transistor, and a storage capacitor. The display substrate includes a semiconductor layer, a first conductive layer and a second conductive layer disposed in sequence on the base substrate. Gates of the writing transistor, the compensation transistor and the first reset transistor are in the first conductive layer and are implemented as an integral structure. Active layers of the writing transistor, the compensation transistor and the first reset transistor are in the semiconductor layer. A first storage capacitor electrode of the storage capacitor is in the first conductive layer, and a second storage capacitor electrode of the storage capacitor is in the second conductive layer.

The organic light-emitting diode includes first and second terminals. The driving transistor generates the driving current and includes a first terminal to which a first power supply voltage is applied, a second terminal connected to the first terminal of the organic light-emitting diode, and a gate terminal. The first dual gate transistor is connected between the gate terminal of the driving transistor and the second terminal of the driving transistor and includes first and second sub-transistors. The first capacitor includes a first electrode to which the first power supply voltage is applied, and a second electrode connected to a first node that connects the first and second sub-transistors to each other. 摘要: A display panel, a display driving method and a display pixel driving circuit therefor are provided. In the display driving method, the light emitting signal includes multiple pulse signals, and the variation trend of the pulse-off durations of the pulse signals is consistent with the variation trend of the light emitting brightness of the light emitting element during the light emitting period, that is, the pulse-off durations decreases sequentially with the decrease of the light emitting brightness of the light emitting element, or sequentially increases with the increase of the light emitting brightness of the light emitting element. Therefore, the flicker problem in the display panel when emitting light can be solved, and improving the image display quality.

The pixel circuit includes a data line, a scan line, a plurality of hierarchical 2T1C circuits, a step-down circuit, and a reset circuit. The data line is configured to transmit a source data signal. The scan line is configured to transmit a scan signal. Each input of the plurality of hierarchical 2T1C circuits is connected to the scan line in parallel. An input of the step-down circuit is connected to the data line and an output of the step-down circuit is connected to another input of each 2T1C circuit. The reset circuit is connected to the input of the step-down circuit.
