摘要: A method for ascertaining the state of health of the vehicle battery of an electric vehicle includes charging the vehicle battery and ascertaining specified battery parameters during the charging process, and calculating the state of health of the vehicle battery using a vehicle-specific battery model on the basis of the transmitted battery parameters. A basic battery model, which is based on the vehicle battery type, in the form of an electric equivalent circuit model is first used as the vehicle-specific battery model, wherein the internal resistance and RC elements are ascertained as a function of the cell temperature and the charge state, an open circuit voltage characteristic is ascertained as a function of the charge state, and the cell temperature is ascertained using a thermal model on the basis of the measured battery pack current, EC parameters, the battery module temperature, and the ambient temperature.

摘要: A battery management apparatus and method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure estimates an internal state of a battery cell by updating a battery model, and it is aimed to provide a battery management apparatus and method, which may construct a battery model optimized for a battery cell by obtaining a parameter of the battery model through a neural network and then repeatedly updating the parameter of the battery model based on a difference between an output value of the battery model that reflects the obtained parameter and an actually measured value, and control charging of the battery based on the optimized battery model.

摘要: An estimation device includes a measurement data storage storing measurement data items including: the first smoothed voltage value of a storage battery, a smoothed voltage change amount obtained by subtracting the first smoothed voltage value from the second smoothed voltage value of the storage battery, and a smoothed current value measured in synchronization with measurement of the first smoothed voltage value or the second smoothed voltage value, estimates an accumulated charge change amount using a trained estimation model that receives a first smoothed voltage value in a predetermined voltage range, a smoothed voltage change amount, and a smoothed current value, updates the trained estimation model using, as correct answer data, an accumulated charge change amount obtained by integrating current values measured during obtainment of the smoothed voltage change amount, and calculates the total sum of estimated accumulated charge change amounts in the predetermined voltage range to obtain the battery status.

摘要: A battery diagnosing technology capable of effectively diagnosing a state of a secondary battery using a charge and discharge signal extracted from the secondary battery, including memory to store a positive electrode reference profile and a negative electrode reference profile for charge or discharge of a reference battery, a voltage sensor to measure a voltage of a target battery during a charge or discharge process, and a processor to generate a plurality of charge and discharge measurement profiles based on voltages measured at a plurality of different time points, compare each of the generated charge and discharge measurement profiles with a simulation profile obtained from the positive and negative electrode reference profiles, and determine positive and negative electrode adjustment profiles for each of the generated charge and discharge measurement profiles so that an error between each charge and discharge measurement profile and the simulation profile is within a predetermined level.

The lithium plating detection method may include: charging a to-be-tested battery and stopping charging after the to-be-tested battery has been charged to a first state of charge (SOC), and allowing the to-be-tested battery to rest; obtaining a first voltage of the to-be-tested battery upon completion of electrochemical equilibrium; collecting a second voltage of the to-be-tested battery; and determining that lithium plating has occurred in the to-be-tested battery in case where a difference between the second voltage and the first voltage is greater than a first voltage threshold.
