摘要: A method of installing a wind turbine (10) at an offshore location. The wind turbine (10) includes a tower (18) and an energy generating unit (16). The tower (18) is configured to be secured to a transition piece (12, 42). Prior to shipping, the method includes electrically coupling electrical devices and/or systems (52) by cables (54) to energy generating unit (16) or wind turbine tower (18) or a test dummy therefor. The electrical devices and/or systems (52) are configured to be attached to transition piece (12, 42) once the tower (18) is installed. The method includes testing and commissioning the electrical devices and/or systems (52) while electrically coupled to the cables (54). Prior to shipping and after testing and commissioning, the method includes storing the electrical devices and/or systems (52) and attached cables (54) inside the tower (18). The cables (54) are long enough to permit the electrical devices and/or systems (52) to be attached to the transition piece (12, 42) without disconnecting the electrical devices and/or systems (52) from the cables (54).

摘要: Determination of Wind Turbine Configuration The present invention relates to a method and computer system for determining a configuration of a wind turbine of a given wind turbine type, the method comprising the steps of: storing in a database a plurality of combinations of physical and control parameters of the wind turbine that can be varied; determining a plurality of wind flow characteristics at a target location; applying a function which defines a relationship between a performance parameter, a fatigue life estimation, the combination of physical and control parameters and the plurality of wind flow characteristics, to at least some of the plurality of combinations in the database to determine values of the performance parameter and the fatigue life estimation for those combinations; and selecting one of the combinations of physical and control parameters as the configuration of the wind turbine for the target location on the basis of the performance parameter and fatigue life estimation values.

摘要: A radiating component of the wind turbine is modelled as a plurality of elements, wherein each element represents a physical portion of the radiating component and at least a portion of each of the elements are acoustically coupled to one or more of the other elements. A simulation of a vibrational source located within the wind turbine is applied at an interface of the modelled radiating component. A transfer function is used to determine the transmission of vibrations from an interface with the vibrational source to the elements. Tonal noise radiated from the elements to an environment external to the wind turbine is determined based upon the transmission of vibrations from the interface through the elements. The design of the radiating component, or of a component between the radiating component and the vibrational source, is modified to reduce the tonal noise radiated from the radiating component.

摘要: A method for testing a lightning protection system in a wind turbine rotor blade is provided. The lightning protection system is contacted in the region of a rotor blade root. A measuring line having an electrically conductive tip is positioned in the interior of the rotor blade or outside on the rotor blade until the conductive tip is in contact with an element of the lightning protection system. A signal is fed via the measuring line and the signal arriving at the lightning protection system in the region of the rotor blade root is measured in order to check the mode of operation of the lightning protection system in the rotor blade.

摘要: A system for controlling a generator rotor locking pin, comprising a fixed locking pin and a rotor formed with a locking hole, and further comprising a detection reference component synchronously rotating with the rotor and formed with a detection hole, the detection hole radially corresponding to the locking hole; an optical quantity detection component fixed with respect to the rotor; and a control component configured to output a first control instruction to a rotor driving component according to a position signal of the detection hole obtained by the optical quantity detection component. The detection hole is used as an object to be detected, so that the circumferential relative position relationship of the locking hole with respect to the locking pin can be accurately determined, to output the first control instruction to the rotor driving component, thereby accurately centering the locking pin and the locking hole along with the rotation of the rotor. Moreover, in addition to obtaining an accurate centering precision, this solution greatly increases the centering efficiency. On this basis, the present invention further provides a method for controlling a generator rotor locking pin.
