Lift drums powered by a motor driven gearbox raise and lower the bi-fold door. Latch assemblies having springs attached to the straps maintain tension on the straps during the opening and closing of the bi-fold door.

摘要： A guide system includes a guide rail and a guiding device, and is movably supported between a retracted end position and an extended end position along the guide rail. A cover can cover a front face of the guide rail, and is movable between a first operating position, in which the cover at least partially covers the front face of the guide rail, and a second operating position, in which the cover at least partially reveals the front face. An actuating device can move the cover from the first operating position into the second operating position, and a coupling device can releasably couple the guiding device to the actuating device in a partial section of the guide rail. When coupled, the actuating device can be entrained by the guiding device so as to move the cover from the first operating position into the second operating position.

摘要： A folding panel system that allows foldable panels, such as folding glass doors, to fold and move around segmented tracks. The system includes a trolley assembly. The trolley assembly can include a pair of dual roller assemblies spaced rigidly apart by a rigid guide member and supported by an overhead guide track. The rigid guide member is positioned outside of the guide track and moves lengthwise along the overhead guide track except between overhead linear track segments. A hinge extension is secured to and extends rigidly away from the rigid guide member vertically away from the guide track. This configuration holds the hinge extension at a constant angle with respect to the guide track. The hinge extension pivotably joins hinge leaves from adjacent panels hingedly joining the two panels.
