    摘要： A removable fluid pumping and filtration apparatus for a laundry treatment machine is provided. The apparatus includes a plurality of selectively attachable and detachable stackable sections, the sections including a handle section and one or more further sections; wherein, when attached together in stacked arrangement to form an agitator, the plurality of sections collectively define: a cylindrical body, a hollow interior of the body, first and second opening about the exterior circumference of the body to define a water flow path into and out of the hollow interior, and placement within the hollow interior for a removable filter along the water flow path, and wherein the handle section including an area to grip onto and rotate the removable fluid pumping and filtration apparatus to facilitate insertion and removal of the agitator.

    摘要： A washing machine appliance or agitator may include an impeller base and an extended post. The impeller base may be rotatably mounted within and define a rotation axis. The impeller base may include a mounting face with one or more dovetail joints. The extended post may be removably attached to the impeller base to rotate therewith. The extended post may include a base body base body extending along the rotation axis between a bottom end proximal to the impeller base and a top end distal to the impeller base. The extended post may also include an auger fin extending radially from the base body between the bottom end and the top end. The extended post may further include a mating face disposed on the bottom end. The mating face may define one or more receiver slots corresponding to and selectively receiving the one or more dovetail joints.

The agitator drive shaft may extend along a drive axis. The stationary housing may be disposed about the agitator drive shaft. The motor may be operably connected to the agitator drive shaft to drive rotation thereof. The motor may include a rotor, a stator, a support bushing, and a linear fastener. The rotor may be fixed to the agitator drive shaft. The stator may be rotationally fixed and positioned radially inward from the rotor. The support bushing may be fixed within a wall of the stator. The linear fastener may extend through the support bushing to the stationary housing. The linear fastener may include a bolt head in selective engagement with the support bushing opposite from the stationary housing.
