摘要： An embroidery data generation system includes a terminal apparatus and an embroidery data generation apparatus. A terminal controller acquires a generation condition of embroidery data inputted via an input device, transmits the acquired generation condition to the embroidery data generation apparatus via a terminal communication interface, and controls a display to display a preview image indicating an embroidery finish of an embroidery pattern based on image data transmitted from the embroidery data generation apparatus. An apparatus controller receives the generation condition transmitted from the terminal apparatus via an apparatus communication interface, generates the embroidery data for sewing the embroidery pattern based on the received generation condition, generates the image data for displaying the preview image on the display based on the received generation condition, and transmits the generated image data to the terminal apparatus having transmitted the generation condition.

The system may also include a control system in the housing and/or remote from the housing. The control system may receive a personalization order and in response the control system may control the system components of the personalization systems and the conveying system so that the article is personalized without human intervention once within the housing.

When the detected sewing status satisfies a predetermined condition, the sewing machine transmits a notification request, which includes identification information identifying the information terminal, to a server, in order to cause the server to transmit, to the information terminal, a notification command instructing a push notification in the information terminal.

摘要： A method of forming a fiber reinforced plate for an article of footwear is described. The method includes embroidering a reinforcing strand to a substrate layer with a thread according to a strand configuration. One or more substrate layers with strand configurations are arranged relative to a base plate. The one or more substrate layers are bonded to the base plate to form the fiber reinforced plate. The reinforcing strands may be formed of a heat fusible material so that adjacent segments of the strands bond to one another and/or the substrate layer. Various strand configurations of reinforcing strands embroidered to substrate layers are described. Multiple substrate layers with different strand configurations can be bonded together with a base plate to form a fiber reinforced plate with reinforcement at selected locations based on the strand configurations.

摘要： Presented are a method, apparatus, and computer-readable medium for stitching. The method includes examining, by an examiner, an embroidery design, wherein the examiner is operably coupled to a controller and a sewing head, and wherein the controller comprises a memory having a capacity, and wherein the controller is operable to cause the sewing head to stitch a work piece. The method further includes determining, by the examiner, a needle drop location of each stitch of the embroidery design, and dividing, by the examiner, the examined embroidery design into a plurality of separate sections. The method still further includes transmitting the plurality of separate sections at a plurality of different times to the controller such that the controller the plurality of separate sections do not exceed the capacity of the memory at any one of the plurality of different times.

摘要： A reversible sequin pattern sheet includes a layer of fabric positionable substantially in a plane and a plurality of sequins each having a first surface and a second surface opposite the first surface, the sequins being arranged in an array. Each sequin includes an aperture extending between the first and second surfaces, at least a portion of the first and second surfaces of the sequins having different indicia thereon. A thread extending through each aperture is secured to the fabric layer for securing the sequins to the fabric layer and for allowing each sequin to pivot with respect to the fabric layer between a first position and a second position. The indicia are selected such that when the array is in the first position a first message is conveyed, and when the array is in the second position a second message is conveyed.

摘要： First calculation section calculates, on the basis of sewing data, a sewing-progressing direction angle for rotating a rotary cylinder to orient an embroidering material, guided by a guide lever of a zigzag sewing head, in a sewing-progressing direction. Second calculation section adds or subtracts a zigzag-swinging angle to or from the sewing-progressing direction angle to thereby calculate a target rotational angle of the rotary cylinder. Swinging mechanism may be provided for swinging the guide lever relative to the rotary cylinder, and a swinging amount corresponding to the swinging angle of the rotary cylinder may be added to a width of zigzag-swinging by the swinging mechanism. Alternatively, every swinging movement necessary for zigzagging the embroidering material may be set by the swinging angle without the guide lever being caused to swing relative to the rotary cylinder.
