摘要: A process is described for treating waste plastics material to provide at least one on-specification fuel product. Plastics material is melted and then pyrolyzed in an oxygen-free atmosphere to provide pyrolysis gases. The pyrolysis gases are brought into contact with plates in a contactor vessel so that some long chain gas components condense and return to be further pyrolyzed to achieve thermal degradation. Short chain gas components exit the contactor in gaseous form and proceed to distillation to provide one or more on-specification fuel products. A pipe directly links the pyrolysis chamber to the contactor, suitable for conveying upwardly-moving pyrolysis gases and downwardly-flowing long-chain liquid for thermal degradation.

摘要: A system 100 is described for the treatment of multiphase residues having unlimited content of water, oil and solids to obtain hydrocarbons and other products, said system comprising multiphase residue feed system 10, inert gas system 20 and reduced pressure system 30, tubular reactor 40 provided with three heating zones Z-1, Z-2 and Z-3 with a temperature gradient and transportation helicoid 42 to displace the residue mass throughout the reaction zones, the hydrocarbon products and water being collected in a system 60 of condensers 61, 62 and 63 linked to a system 70 of bubbling vessels 71, 72 and 73, reactor 40 being operated in the sealed mode and being provided with a multiphase residue inlet 43 and exit 44 of solid product. The solid product is collected in a system 50 comprising upper valve 51 and lower valve 52, and intermediate silo 53 and then directed to post-treatment system 90 for activation aiming at industrial utilization. The process using the system 100 of the invention is also described. Multiphase organic residues, petroleum residues, pure or in admixture in any amount, from chemical and pharmaceutical industries, paper and pulp industry, and mining industries can be processed in the inventive system. Besides, it is possible to recover phenols from foundry sands in the system and process described.

摘要: An apparatus for the carbonization of materials, such as coal, comprising an elongated coking retort defined by an annulus which constitutes the coking chamber within which the coal is carbonized indirectly by conduction. In order to provide an efficient mechanism for transferring thermal energy to the coal by conduction, highly conductive tiles equipped with flues and adapted to transport hot flue gas makes up the walls of the annulus within which the coal is carbonized. The raw gas (discharged from carbonization) and the cooled flue gas (discharged from the flues) are collected and separately treated to prevent polluting emissions.

摘要: A process and an apparatus for pyrolysis of mixed plastic feedstock producing petroleum products are described. In one example, a process for producing petroleum products includes charging feedstock of mixed polymer materials into a reactor apparatus. Heat energy is applied to the feedstock while advancing the feedstock through the reactor apparatus in an anaerobic operation. The energy input to the reactor apparatus is controlled by controlling a temperature gradient within the reactor vessel to produce petroleum gas product. The process involves in situ chemical reactions comprising cracking and recombination reactions that that are controlled to convert solid hydrocarbonaceous portion of the feedstock to molten fluids and gases inside the reactor vessel and to produce gaseous petroleum products which exit the reactor vessel. The separated solid residue from the pyrolysis process is also removed from the reactions vessel.

摘要: A multi-pipe external-heating coal decomposition equipment, comprising a airtight kiln body; a channel for impelling and decomposing coal is formed in the kiln body, which has a coal inlet, a coal outlet and a collecting pipe for coal decomposition gas; a heat transfer chamber is formed between the channel and inner wall of the kiln body, which is connected with a high temperature gas heating facility and comprises a heated gas outlet. Because the channel for impelling and decomposing coal is set in a kiln body with high temperature, so a vast of heat gas in high temperature kiln body surrounds the channel and its heat conducts and radiates to the pulverized coal in the channel. Thus, the pulverized coal can fully absorb the heat to be heated for decomposing to the gas, coal tar and coal with high heat-value in the channel.

摘要: A method for non-combustive gasification of a hydrocarbon material includes introducing a mass of hydrocarbon material into a chamber, wherein a transmissive wall of the chamber has a pass band in the infrared frequency spectrum, removing air from the chamber; heating the hydrocarbon material within the chamber by radiating, from an infrared emitter, infrared radiation at a frequency corresponding to the pass band to convert at least one component of the hydrocarbon material to a gas, and turning the hydrocarbon material within the chamber to expose inner material to the infrared radiation.
