摘要: A system for processing usable crop intermixed with debris and having a frame with a conveying system thereon. The conveying system has a first debris separating assembly with a first subframe having a plurality of cooperating rollers that are configured to cause separation of debris from the usable crop. A second debris separating assembly, different than the first debris separating assembly, has a second subframe with a plurality of cooperating rollers thereon that are configured to cause separation of debris from the usable crop. The frame and first and second debris separating assemblies are configured as overall like modules so that the first and second debris separating assemblies can be separately operatively connected, one in place of the other, on the frame.

摘要: A powder reclamation system is provided. The powder reclamation system includes a support structure; a filter housing movable relative to the support structure, the filter housing defining an inlet and an outlet; a raw reclaimed powder hopper in communication with the inlet of the filter housing; a first reclamation passageway in communication with the raw reclaimed powder hopper and configured to be in communication with a first metal powder processing device to recover a first unused portion of a first powder from the first metal powder processing device to the raw reclaimed powder hopper; and a second reclamation passageway in communication with the raw reclaimed powder hopper and configured to be in communication with a second metal powder processing device to recover a second unused portion of a second powder from the second metal powder processing device to the raw reclaimed powder hopper.

摘要: The separator according to the invention comprises: a tank (1) for receiving waste material and containing fluid to separate waste material by density into floating and settled material; automatic feed means (18, 37), for example, a double screen (18) to feed waste material to the tank (1); motorised conveyor belts (3, 4) divided into a floating waste material conveyor (3) and a settled waste material conveyor (4) to extract floating or settled waste material from the tank (1): and a blower-type sorting device (21) comprising: a turbine (22) that provides an airflow; and a branched duct (23) divided into: a riser duct (26) to transport part of the airflow to a diffuser (39) beneath the automatic feed means (18, 37) to raise light-weight waste material; and a discharge duct (27) to transport and horizontally expel another part of the airflow in order to remove previously raised waste material. The separator according to the invention may incorporate bubble-making means, with injectors (2) to facilitate floatability and remove floating waste material.

摘要: A method for fractionating a milled grain product into coarse and fine fractions includes providing a sieving apparatus with a bottom chamber divided from a top chamber by a sieve, an inlet port in the top chamber, a top chamber cover defined by a plurality of openings, and a first exit port in the bottom chamber, and applying vacuum suction to the sieving apparatus. The vacuum suction is configured to draw grain particles through the inlet port into the top chamber, generate substantially horizontal airflow in the top chamber via the inlet port; and generate substantially vertical airflow in the top chamber via the plurality of openings, wherein the substantially horizontal airflow and the substantially vertical airflow combine to generate turbulence which fluidizes the grain particles in the upper chamber and prevents blockage of the sieve; and drawing fine grain particles through the sieve and out of the bottom chamber via the first exit port under the vacuum suction and collecting a fine grain particle fraction.
