    Abstract: A diaper guard device is provided. The device is designed for placement on a user's body beneath a diaper to shield the genital area from contact with waste, thereby preventing rashes and infections. The device comprises a body made from a medical-grade, absorbent, and anti-bacterial fabric material, wherein the body generally features a first end with one or two tabs and a second end with at least one tab for secure attachment. These tabs, along with a skin-safe, water-resistant, or waterproof adhesive fastener located on the rear surface of the body, facilitate the attachment of the device to the user's skin, ensuring that it remains in place to provide the intended protective barrier. During use, the device does not inhibit waste movement within the diaper but effectively prevents direct contact of waste with the genital area, thereby reducing the risk of skin irritation and infections.

    Abstract: An inflatable device includes a top sheet, a bottom sheet, a cavity formed by the top sheet and the bottom sheet, wherein the top sheet and the bottom sheet are coupled together along a peripheral edge, a port in communication with the cavity and with an exterior of the device, and a valve, including a pocket located in a cavity having an entrance opening and an exit opening to deliver air to the cavity. The pocket is formed by a first and a second layer of material and is positioned along a first portion of the peripheral edge. The device further includes a second port in communication with the cavity, and a second valve in communication with the second port and the cavity. The second valve comprises a second pocket located within the cavity and positioned along at least a second portion of the peripheral edge.

    Abstract: An expandable absorbent structure comprises an expansion loop core configured to expand in response to absorption of a liquid and an expansion loop material structure surrounding the expansion loop core and having a trough therein, wherein the trough is formed from a first portion of the expansion loop material structure folded over a second portion of the expansion loop material structure at a first elbow of the expansion loop material structure.     Abstract: Shaped, soft, and textured nonwoven fabrics are provided. Absorbent articles that comprise shaped, soft and textured nonwoven fabrics are provided. The nonwoven fabrics may be a topsheet and an outer cover nonwoven material of the absorbent article. A portion of a wearer-facing surface of the topsheet may have a TS7 in the range of about 1 dB V2 rms of about 1 to about 4.5 dB V2 rms and a TS750 in the range of about 6 dB V2 rms to about 30 dB V2 rms. A portion of a garment-facing surface of the outer cover nonwoven material may have a TS7 in the range of about 1 dB V2 rms of about 1 to about 4.5 dB V2 rms and a TS750 in the range of about 6 dB V2 rms to about 30 dB V2 rms. The nonwoven fabrics of the present disclosure provide soft materials with texture.
