摘要： A beverage infusion, straining, and stirring device for preparing beverages by infusion includes a spoon and a shell. The spoon comprises a bowl that is attached to a first end of a handle. The shell comprises a first piece, which is attached to the handle proximate to the bowl, and a second piece, which is selectively attachable to the first piece. A substrate for preparing a beverage, such as, but not limited to, tea bags, shredded tea leaves, coffee grounds, and the like can be inserted into and retained by the shell. A plurality of openings is positioned in the shell. The handle can be grasped in a hand of a user, positioning the user to submerge the shell in water and to stir the water. The openings allow for passage of the water through the shell to infuse the water to generate the beverage.

摘要： Systems, devices and methods for enhancing the experience of chilled beverages are provided. In some embodiments, a set of holding structures, weights and/or magnets associated with a drinking vessel applies holding force(s) to ice within a drinking vessel. In some embodiments, a beverage is then poured over the ice, at least partially submerging it and chilling the beverage. In some method embodiments, suction-molds with customized shapes and designs are used as the water is frozen within the drinking vessel, creating ice sculptures affixed to the inside of the drinking vessel. In other aspects, holding pressure is maintained even if the frozen water partially melts. In some embodiments, a control system within weights or the drinking vessel implements lighting effects, cooling effects, and gas or other infusions, into the beverage.

摘要： An infuser device for use with a beverage drinking container comprises a rigid post extending a length from an attachment point with a lid disposed over a drinking container opening. An infuser container is attached adjacent an end of the post opposite the lid, wherein the infuser container includes a chamber to accommodate a volume of infusant therein. The infusant container may have a rigid or movable body and is removably attached to the post. At least a portion of the infuser container is porous to facilitate passage of liquid into and out of the chamber. An axial position of the post relative to a sidewall of the drinking container remains constant independent of a tilt angle of the drinking container. In an example, the infuser post and infuser container are disposable for use with a disposable beverage drinking container and lid.

摘要： A filter assembly for infusing an additive in a liquid. The filter assembly comprises an elongated filter bag that is rigidly reinforced along its vertical length and removably securable to the side of the vessel containing the liquid, to prevent flotation of the filter assembly and its contents. In an embodiment, the lower portion of the elongated filter bag is pre-filled with an additive and closed off to retain the additive in the lower portion. The filter assembly may be disposable. The invention further includes a method of dry-hopping beer using the disclosed filter assembly.
