    Abstract: An apparatus for producing ventral images of aquatic organisms, such as amphibians, for example, of newts the apparatus comprising a hollow conduct and a watertight container. The hollow conduct has a first opening and a second opening being opposed from each other. The hollow conduct and the watertight container are separated by a wall which transmits the wavelengths comprised between 390 nm and 1.4 μm. The apparatus is opaque to the wavelengths comprised between 390 nm and 1.4 μm. The watertight container comprises an underwater video camera oriented towards the wall. The apparatus is remarkable in that the watertight container is positioned below the hollow conduct, the watertight container being filled with clean water. Additionally, a method for detecting, identifying and/or individualizing aquatic animals.

    Abstract: The present disclosure proposes an improved apparatus and method for counting of sea lice by providing a stable and controlled light environment which ensures counting of sea lice reliably and independent of weather conditions and an optimized spectral power distribution and intensity of the light for improved observation (detectability) of sea lice with respect to fish skin. An embodiment of the disclosed light system comprises multiple LEDs, at least two LEDs providing a light colour with peaks in the range 490-540 nm (Cyan/Green) respectively 620-660 nm (Red).

    Abstract: The invention relates to a catcher basket assembly including a main body, at least one confining container for containing an animal, and at least one directing part in the main body, for assisting to direct the animal from the main body to the confining container.     Abstract: The present invention is directed to a first farming plant including a central tank and one or more surrounding tanks, where the central tank is used for water treatment and the one or more surrounding tanks are used for the farming of fish. The fish farming plan may also include one or more flow applicators, whereby the flow rate of the water in the surrounding tanks are individually independent of the water exchange rate. The fish farming plant may include several movable permeable section walls in each of the surrounding tanks dividing each surrounding tank into tank sections. Each surrounding tank is equipped with one or more outlets and one or two inlets, and a substantially horizontal/laminar flow structure of the water in each one of the surrounding tanks is provided.
