    摘要: An LED module latch system for quickly and readily attaching or detaching an LED module to an included mounting panel in an informational display. An LED module having one or more positionable helical spring latches adjacent to the geometry of the mounting panel is secured to the mounting panel by engagement of the helical spring latches. Each helical spring latch includes a pivot pin and a helical spring which are rotatingly positioned to cause intimate rotational engagement of the helical springs with the geometry of the mounting panel.

    摘要: An information handling system includes a chassis having a guide slot and a printed circuit board placed in guide slot of the chassis. The guide slot includes at least two opposing channels aligned adjacent the printed circuit board with a guide tab formed in one of the opposing channels. A daughter card electrically couples to the printed circuit board when placed in an attached position. The daughter card includes a first edge and a second edge that slides between the opposing channels of the guide slot such that the card aligns to couple to the printed circuit board. The card also includes a first detent formed in either the first edge or the second edge. The first detent releaseably interacts with the guide tab formed in the opposing channels such that the guide tab contacts the first detent when the card is placed in an intermediate position.

    摘要: In a receiving apparatus according to the present invention, a shield plate, which is made of metal, is mounted above IF amplifiers and output terminal mounting parts of a circuit substrate, thereby decreasing adverse effects caused by a back lid with unstable earthing. This produces a stable earthing condition, and further, changes a condition where signals are reflected in a space produced in the apparatus, resulting in the improvement of its isolation characteristic.

    摘要: An apparatus for separating and extracting printed circuit boards in a computer system. More specifically, a basket assembly is provided through which a number of printed circuit boards may be attached to a motherboard. A card divider and extractor assembly including a card divider and card extractor is coupled to the basket assembly between each of the printed circuit boards. The card dividers provide structural and electrical isolation between the printed circuit boards. The card extractors provide a mechanism whereby printed circuit boards can be easily removed from the system while the system is operational.

    摘要: A capture device for use with circuit boards of varying thicknesses prevents the spacing between the boards from increasing and has a unitary body including a flexible arm, a clip cavity and multiple living hinges that enable the device to be pivotally self-locked between the circuit boards. The capture device can be engaged and disengaged in poor visibility and limited access areas densely packed with circuit boards. The capture device may be made of a semi-rigid material that provides enough flexibility for the living hinges, yet is rigid enough to exert pressure on the boards and prevent the spacing between the boards from increasing. In alternative embodiments, more than two circuit boards may be secured using alternative configurations of the capture device with either multiple arms or multiple clip cavities.

Various types of fastening structure may be utilized including a peg that engages a hole in the card and a flexible clip that retains the card in the retaining module.
