摘要: Apparatus and methods for controlling correlated color temperature (CCT) and lighting intensity in lighting fixtures are described. The CCT and intensity may be controlled independently over conventional AC wiring using a conventional dimmer. A lighting controller that resembles a conventional dimmer and that can be installed in place of a dimmer may be used instead of a conventional dimmer to access more control functionalities, still using conventional AC wiring. Wireless communication with the lighting fixture and/or lighting controller are possible.

摘要: A lighting device, such as a two-wire lighting control device, may include a controllably conductive device and a control circuit. The controllably conductive device may supply an AC line voltage to a load in response to a dive signal such that the controllable conductive device is non-conductive for a first duration of time and conductive for a second duration of time within a half-cycle of the AC line voltage. The control circuit may receive a signal from the controllably conductive device that represents a voltage developed across the controllable conductive device during the first duration of time. The control circuit may generate a sine-wave-shaped signal that complements the voltage developed across the controllably conductive device during the second duration of time. The control circuit may also filter the signal from the controllably conductive device during the first duration of time and the sine-wave-shaped signal during the second duration of time.

摘要: A dimming mode detection circuit for an LED lighting system that receives an alternating current input voltage and generates a bus voltage to drive an LED load, the dimming mode detection circuit including: a leading edge detection circuit configured to generate a leading edge detection signal by detecting a leading edge of a first voltage representative of the bus voltage in one sine half-wave cycle, in order to determine whether the LED lighting system operates in a leading edge dimming mode; and a trailing edge detection circuit configured to generate a trailing edge detection signal in accordance with a time length of a first interval from a first value of the first voltage in a previous sine half-wave cycle to a second value of the first voltage in a next sine half-wave cycle, in order to determine whether the LED lighting system operates in a trailing edge dimming mode.

摘要: A load control device for controlling power delivered from an AC power source to an electrical load may comprise a thyristor, a gate current path, and a control circuit. The control circuit may be configured to control the gate current path to conduct a pulse of gate current through a gate terminal of the thyristor to render the thyristor conductive at a firing time during a half-cycle of the AC power source. The control circuit may operate in a first gate drive mode in which the control circuit renders the gate current path non-conductive after a pulse time period from the firing time. The control circuit may operate in a second gate drive mode in which the control circuit maintains the gate current path conductive after the pulse time period during the half-cycle.

摘要: An apparatus and method for simultaneously adjusting brightness and color temperature, and an LED lamp. The apparatus includes a phase control dimmer, a rectification module, a phase detection module, a current control module and an LED module. Cutting the phase of an input alternating current by the phase control dimmer changes the effective voltage of the alternating current, then the cut alternating current is rectified by the rectification module and output to the LED module, thus adjusting the brightness of the LED module; information about the cut phase is detected by the phase detection module and a current control signal is output to a current control module according to the cut phase information, and the current control module controls change in the brightness ratio of mixed colors of the LED module according to the current control signal and adjusts the color temperature of the LED module.
