    摘要: A reverse gear includes an input shaft, a forward clutch, a reverse clutch, an output shaft, a reduction mechanism, and a relay shaft. The input shaft receives rotational power of a main engine. The forward clutch transmits the rotational power of the input shaft as forward output. The reverse clutch transmits the rotational power of the input shaft as reverse output. The output shaft outputs the rotational power transmitted via the forward clutch and the reverse clutch. The reduction mechanism reduces the rotational power of the output shaft and transmits the reduced rotational power to the propeller shaft. The relay shaft intersects the input shaft and relays the rotational power from the forward clutch and the reverse clutch toward the output shaft. The relay shaft and the output shaft are coupled to each other via a pair of intersecting-shaft gears to be able to transmit power.

    摘要: Described is a device for synchronization of a reverse gear for a vehicle gearbox including: a support shaft fixed in rotation; an idle gear wheel for engagement with a first reverse gear wheel on a gearbox primary shaft and a second reverse gear wheel on a gearbox secondary shaft, said idle gear wheel mounted rotatable and axially slidable on said support shaft and having a hub including a first friction surface; and a synchronizer ring mounted mobile on said support shaft along an axial travel and countered axially by an elastic element along said axial travel, said synchronizer ring having a second friction surface for engagement with said first friction surface. Axial movement of the idle gear wheel towards an engagement position of the reverse gear causes drawing of the synchronizer ring implementing, prior to reverse gear engagement, braking of rotary movement of the idle gear wheel.

In the forward mode, a forward clutch is in the engaged condition causing an output gear to rotate with an output shaft. In the reverse mode, a reverse clutch and a disconnect clutch are in engaged conditions causing a counter shaft to rotate relative to the output shaft based upon the ratios of a first reverse gear to an idler gear and the idler gear to a second reverse gear and further causing the output gear to rotate relative to the counter shaft based upon the ratio of a third reverse gear to the output gear.

    摘要: In one embodiment, an outboard marine engine comprises the internal combustion engine and a propulsor that is driven into rotation by the internal combustion engine so as to effect a thrust. The outboard marine engine further includes a transmission that shifts amongst a fourth gear wherein the thrust is forward thrust, a reverse gear wherein the thrust is a reverse thrust, and a neutral gear wherein the thrust is a zero thrust. The outboard marine engine further includes a shift rod that is rotatable about its own axis, wherein rotation of the shift rod about its own axis shifts the transmission amongst the forward gear, the reverse gear, and the neutral gear. An actuator operably connects to the internal combustion engine and causes rotation of a gear shaft. At least one gearset connects the gear shaft to the shift rod such that rotation of the gear shaft about its own axis rotates the shift rod about its own axis.

    摘要: A reverse arm is pivoted by a driving pin of a reverse fork inserted into a driven hole thereof, and the reverse arm thereby moves an idle gear in an axial direction, whereby the idle gear is engaged with and disengaged from a driving gear and a driven gear of a reverse gear train. The outside diameter of the driving pin is smaller than the width between opposed flat inner side surfaces of the driven hole of the reverse arm; thus, a gap is formed between the driving pin and the inner side surfaces. A jump-over mechanism JO is provided between the reverse arm and a transmission casing for elastically urging the reverse arm outward away from a predetermined intermediate position within the pivoting range of the reverse arm and brings the driving pin in contact with one of the inner side surfaces of the driven hole.
