摘要： A method may include receiving, from a first restroom appliance of a plurality of restroom appliances arranged in an environment, environmental data comprising an ambient light level, the first restroom appliance comprising a sensor configured to detect the ambient light level and a communication device configured to transmit the ambient light level; determining, with at least one controller, an adjusted infrared pulse frequency based on the ambient light level received from the first restroom appliance; and modifying, with the at least one controller, an infrared pulse frequency of a second restroom appliance of the plurality of restroom appliances based on the adjusted infrared pulse frequency.

摘要： A system for monitoring flush valves includes a plurality of flush valves arranged in at least one restroom, each flush valve including a communication device configured to transmit flush valve data, and at least one controller arranged in a first flush valve and in communication with each other flush valve. The at least one controller is configured to determine a static pressure within the first flush valve, detect a second pressure within the first flush valve, determine that the second pressure is less than the static pressure, in response to determining that the second pressure is less than the static pressure, compare the second pressure with at least one other pressure associated with at least one other flush valve, and determine that the first flush valve is in need of servicing or replacement based on comparing the second pressure with the at least one other pressure.

The system also includes a network device configured to receive wireless signals, and at least one processor in communication with the network device and the plurality of flush valves, the at least one processor programmed or configured to: detect, based on wireless signals received by the network device, a number of mobile devices in the area; determine whether the number of mobile devices in the area meets or exceeds at least one predetermined threshold; and in response to determining that the number of mobile devices in the area meets or exceeds the at least one predetermined threshold, adjusting the flush time of each of the plurality of flush valves to an adjusted flush time.

摘要： A toilet tank washbasin and faucet system that rests on top of a toilet tank is described by way of example. The faucet dispenses water intended to fill the toilet tank over a drain that leads into the toilet tank. The faucet is useful to a person for washing their hands with the water dispensed from the faucet to advantageously provide a second use of the water before flushing down the toilet. Generally described is a basin that sits atop an open toilet tank. A faucet having a nozzle end is attached to the basin via a keyed member that a) positions the nozzle end over a drain in the basin and b) prevents rotation of the faucet when attached to the basin, the drain leads into the toilet tank. Water is provided to a flexible tube that attaches to a bowl refill tube. The flexible tube extends through the faucet and terminates essentially at the nozzle end.
