摘要： A washing machine capable of generating bubbles from a water/air mixture and supplying bubbles to the tub to facilitate removal of residual detergent or the like from laundry during washing or rinsing operations. The washing machine has a dissolving unit with an air supply check valve and can receive air from outside of the dissolving unit in accordance with a pressure in the dissolving unit. Air contained in the dissolving unit can be dissolved in water contained therein to produce water/air mixture. A bubble generating unit receives the water/air mixture from the dissolving unit and generates bubbles as the mixture passes along a water flow path and a pressure reduction region in the bubble generating unit.

摘要： A washing machine contains a wash tub, an impeller and a motor. Clothing is put into the tub and the load is detected. Water is added until the water level is below or equal to load height. To begin washing, the impeller drives the clothing to overturn, resulting in generating three types of water flows: agitating flow, enhancing flow and balancing flow. At first, the agitating flow breaks the balance of the load to disperse clothing, then the enhancing flow overturns clothing for washing. Finally, the balancing flow maintains the circulation path for the load balance overturning. Single sequential control or repeatedly alternating cycle control of the three types of water flows can be adopted for washing. The invention can save water, improve washing efficiency and avoid intertwining of clothing, characterized by full-range, thorough, repeated and efficient washing.

A closure may direct wash liquid from the wash basket to a catch basin. A flange may be attached to the closure so that an unattached edge ends within the catch basin. The unattached edge may end below the surface of a first volume of wash liquid to minimize migration of wash liquid and/or vapor from the washing machine. The unattached edge may end above the surface of a second volume of wash liquid less than the first volume to minimize agitation of wash liquid in the catch basin.

The lower balancer has a receptacle for temporarily retaining washing water. During rotation of the inner tub, the retained water moves laterally within the lower balancer and presses an “L shaped” balancing side wall member in the direction of centrifugal force. Once the rotation stops, retained water drains automatically from the lower balancer.

The floater is connected to the reinforcement rib in a manner that the floater ascends or descends along the reinforcement rib. The washing machine can alternatively transmit the driving power of the motor only to the pulsator or to the pulsator and the rotary tub.
