    摘要: A dispenser package for fluent products such as cosmetics and lotions that includes an integrally molded plastic container having a flexible body with a sidewall, a closed bottom, and a top wall having a dispensing opening offset from the axis of the container body. A closure has a base wall and a peripheral skirt. In some embodiments of the invention, the closure is rotatably mounted on the container body, and has a dispensing opening in the closure base wall for selective registry with the dispensing opening in the top wall of the container body. Detent elements are provided on the closure and container body for selectively locking the closure in open and closed positions. In alternative embodiments, the closure includes a flip-top hinged to the base wall, with a plug extending therefrom for selectively opening and closing the dispensing opening in the container body top wall.

The interior of the drain tube has a double diaphragm which seals the drain tube, as well as an elastic gas bellows for dispensing liquid portions by alternating deformation of the diaphragm disks of the double diaphragm, which acts as a one-way valve. Such deformation is the result of pressure conditions which change when the gas bellows is compressed and then again released. The dispenser drain attachment is assembled from only two one-piece structural parts, each of which is produced by a two-component injection molding procedure.

The closure includes a cap in the form of a plastic moulding having an outlet and a control valve within the cap. The control valve is a one piece plastic moulding having a diaphragm portion and a nose portion. The nose portion normally seals the outlet but is displaceable therefrom on distortion of the diaphragm portion resulting from pressurization of the interior of the body member and whereby liquid is dispensed through the outlet. The cap further includes an annular seating for the control valve which is of hollow, open-ended, generally cylindrical shape, the diameter of which is on the same order to that of the diaphragm portion of the control valve.

A flexible resilient liner is captured within the peripheral wall of the housing. A flow tip, which has a body with at least one flow passage, is captured within the liner, and extends through the liner flange and the housing opening. Pressure applied to the flange by fluid in the passage resiliently expands the flange away from the flow tip to permit egress of fluid from the passage, and removal of such fluid pressure allows resilient collapse of the liner over the passage.

The valve comprises a plug-type valve and an elastomeric sheath type valve such as a flapper valve, slit valve, or duck bill valve. All are one-way devices. The plug is provided with a mechanism for resetting it to the closed position at the end of each delivery cycle such that the plug is a one-way device also. The mechanism can be an elastomeric tether, gravity, or the deformation of a valve part. The plug can be provided with channels or other cut or shaped features, e.g. grooves, to facilitate fluid flow. The container used with this invention must be volumetrically reducible and thereby maintain its own internal pressure at the end of a delivery cycle. Alternatively, the valve of the present invention can be made without the outlet valve i.e., the flapper, slit, or duck bill valve. In this case, the plug is the only one-way valve mechanism.
