摘要： A tank for storing a fluid is provided. The tank has an outer shell defining an inner volume for containing the fluid, a filler opening in the outer shell for placing the fluid into the tank, and a partition within the outer shell. The partition divides the inner volume into a first lower portion, a second lower portion, and a common portion. A first drain opening is located in the first lower portion and a second drain opening is located in the second lower portion. The partition separates the first lower portion from the second lower portion such that when the tank is in an operating position the fuel is prevented from passing between the first lower portion and the second lower portion.

摘要： A lift assembly that can be reversibly installed in the bed of a pick-up truck or other flat bed transport means. At least four telescoping support legs are disposed at the four corners of the truck bed and support the upper rails on which the load is placed. The support legs are made up of a series of nested threaded segments driven by a similarly threaded drive shaft. A reversible motor associated with each support leg enables the segments to rotate in a forward direction to raise the load and to rotate in the reverse direction to lower the load. The motors are activated simultaneously and powered by the truck battery. The raising and lowering motion is smooth and continuous and can be stopped at any desired height. The lift assembly enables the height of the load to be easily changed by one person without any disturbance or shifting of the load. Telescoping braces are available to stabilize the support legs when fully extended and protective sleeves can be used to eliminate damage to the mechanism from environmental contaminants.

The a platform is supported above the cab rear window in its store position but lowered on one end for loading as the other end pivots on a rack frame. To minimize valuable space within the canopy above the window, the platform locates in store position between upper frame members. Supporting legs are length adjustable to position the frame and platform above the rear window. Sleeves mountable to a truck bed side have a hole through the sleeve receives a frame leg. Each leg has a plurality of holes matching the sleeve hole. To select a preferred leg length in positioning the upper frame and platform above the rear window, a bolt passes through a selective leg hole aligned with the sleeve holes. To accommodate various pickup truck models having differing bed width dimensions, a plurality of frame mounting brackets securable to the bed sides extend inward therefrom with the frame legs mounted on the brackets interior of the bed sides and within the canopy.

Side wheels are mounted on fixed axles outside of the support surface adjacent the open end, and a caster wheel is mounted by means of a bracket extending outside of, and supported by, the end member. The dolly can be used by one operator to move a fully loaded lateral filing cabinet without tilting the cabinet to such an extent to cause damage.

The carrier includes a pair of additional hinges mounted to the vehicle body just outside the rear gate and an arrangement of leg members that moves in unison with the rear gate as it is opened and closed. 摘要： An apparatus for lifting and transporting heavy loads enables a single user to lift a heavy object, such as a safe or strong box, and move the object thereby assisting in delivery, installation and maintenance. Adjustable features enable reconfiguration of the apparatus to handle loads of varying dimensions. A frame-type structure, having an upper assembly supported by four downwardly depending legs, is supported by wheels. Each of the downwardly depending legs is comprised of at least two telescopically adjustable members and a leg adjusting mechanism which cooperate for simultaneously effecting axial extension and retraction of the four legs utilizing the benefits of mechanical advantage. A plurality of telescopically adjustable, downwardly projecting load-engaging members is supported by the upper assembly in a configuration that allows for spacing adjustment. The apparatus is may be specifically adapted for loading and unloading objects from the bed of a motorized vehicle, such as a flat bed truck or van. A pair of rails may be deployed to form a bridge from the cargo bed of a delivery truck to the lifting apparatus such that a safe riding on a dolly may be loaded thereon.
