摘要： Disclosed are a method and system for automatic nailing of head-mounted mask. The method is applied to a head-mounted mask processing system including an upright template, a feeding cylinder, a limit device and a nailing cylinder, and includes: fixing the head-mounted mask to the upright template with movable bottom plate, and moving the upright template to a nailing position; controlling cutting lengths of a neck strap and head strap by using the limit device, and transporting the neck strap and head strap to the nailing position through the feeding cylinder for cutting; and fixing the cut neck strap and head strap to left and right sides of the head-mounted mask on the upright template by using the nailing cylinder based on three-axis motion at the nailing position. The method and system can improve the efficiency of producing the head-mounted mask, save labor costs, and greatly improve the quality of products.

摘要： A nailing machine for assembling wood pallets includes a nailing station and an advancement and guiding component which form a substantially horizontal resting surface at the nailing station configured for the assembly of at least two superimposed wood pieces to be assembled by nailing to provide a pallet. The nailing station includes at least one nailing head, each of which is associated with at least one nailing stem, which can move along a substantially vertical direction with respect to the resting surface between an inactive position, in which the lower end of the nailing stem is spaced from the upper surface of the superimposed wood pieces, and an active position, in which the lower end of the nailing stem is moved closer to, or made to penetrate, the upper surface of the superimposed wood pieces.

摘要： The present invention provides an apparatus for shooting a nail comprising a barrel (1), a barrel support (4), a centering sleeve (6), a link frame (8), a cylinder (9), a piston rod (10) and an outer housing (11), wherein the barrel (1) is mounted removably in the barrel support (4). As desired, the barrel may be removed conveniently to facilitate the replacement of the barrel for different application or removal of the nail blocked in the apparatus for shooting a nail. Furthermore, at least two longitudinally elongated slots may be formed in the centering sleeve and penetrate through the wall of the centering sleeve, the steel balls received in the slots are held in the slots via a snap ring so as to embrace the rod body of the piston rod. Therefore, it is ensured that the piston rod is concentric with the barrel when hitting the nail and the hit force of the piston rod will not lose.
