摘要： The present invention provides a centrifugal separator comprising a top lid, a rotatable basket, a drive unit for the rotatable basket and an outer case, the rotatable basket and the drive unit being mounted on the top lid, the rotatable basket and the outer case having a cake outlet at the bottoms thereof, wherein the top lid is fixedly mounted on a stand via supporting legs, the outer case being supported by and attached to the top lid, the outer case being detachable from the top lid for cleaning and movable downward when detached, whereby the rotatable basket can be exposed to the outside, the centrifugal separator having excellent operability, cleanability, visual observability and antipollution property.

摘要： A sealed centrifugal clarifier with a pre-sterilized and disposable container which lines the separation chamber is disclosed. More particularly, the centrifugal clarifier contains a feed port that allows a liquid-solid mixture to be continuously fed into the device wherein the solid is sedimented by rotation of the separation chamber and the clarified liquid is released into an outside receptacle through an effluent port. The throughput rate of the clarifier is adjustable and can be determined as a function of the fill radius of the separation chamber.

摘要： A centrifuge for processing a flow of oil in order to remove particulate matter includes a mounting base defining a drain passageway, a drain conduit connected to the mounting base, a unitary housing connected to the mounting base, and a cone-stack subassembly which is positioned in and cooperates with the unitary housing. The mounting base is constructed and arranged to mount directly to a portion of a vehicle engine (or other equipment) and the drain conduit provides a return path to sump for oil from a remote engine (or equipment) location. The unitary housing is an injection molded plastic component including both a main body portion and an integral oil fill port. The oil fill port is substantially cylindrical with a longitudinal axis which is parallel to the axis of rotation for the rotor portion of the centrifuge.

摘要： A housing structure adapted for use in a horizontal solid-bowl screw decanter centrifuge, includes an outer housing body having a bottom area formed with an assembly opening which extends over a substantial length of the housing body and is destined for insertion of a tubular inner bowl. The inner bowl is secured to the housing body at opposite end faces of the housing body and is formed for discharge of solids and liquids with connection ports which extend radially with respect to an axis of rotation of the centrifuge. The outer housing body has opposite axial ends formed with access openings for insertion of a rotor and a transmission into the interior space of the inner bowl.
