Abstract: The present invention relates to a figurine perch that when placed on top of a non-flat oddly shaped display structure provides a secure and level surface so that at least one figurine can be placed for display. The figurine perch includes a platform with a plurality of platform holes and a raised contoured retaining ridge. Standoffs are affixed to the bottom of the platform and stabilizing mounts that include a leg segment and a rod segment are fitted into the standoffs in an adjustable manner. In exemplary embodiments, at least one of the leg segments can be a different length than the other leg segments, a gripping plug can be fitted into a recess in the surface-contacting end of the leg segment to abate slipping of the figurine perch, and light sources can be interconnected with and passes through at least some of the platform holes.

Abstract: A packaging arrangement for a wearable ornament, such as a pin-backed figurine that is supplied with a loop backer enabling the figurine to be coupled with a rope or chain, includes a post for display of the figurine using with the loop backer when not being worn. The figurine on the post may be snapped into a base, the base having a base top and base bottom that are separable from one another. A transparent cover encloses the figurine on the post atop the base, with a backing held in place behind the figurine in the packaging by retention tabs proximate to top corners of the transparent cover, by alignment ridges of the base top and by support posts inside the base bottom. The figurine may therefore be worn either through being pinned or on a rope or chain, or may be displayed either on just the post or on the post atop the base.

Abstract: A replica eye with programmable iris illumination and a method of making the same is provided. The replica eye includes a programmable lighting element having a planar base with electrical pins outward of a centrally disposed light source is electrically coupled via the pins to one or more electrical connections. One end of a transparent cylinder approximately coextensively abuts the light source. The outer portions of the planar base and its electrical connections are folded into a folded assembly that is received into and adhered along an inner circumferential wall of a ring. The electrical connections are further adhered along a rear portion of the ring and planar base. A semi-spherical dome sandwiches an opaque body to an opposing end of the transparent cylinder, thereby defining an illuminable iris and pupil, respectively.

Abstract: Toy packaging is made up of two compartments. The first compartment removably contains a toy and the second compartment includes a breakable seal to removably contain a substance in the second compartment. When the breakable state is in a broken state, such as after a piercing element of the toy set enters the second compartment and breaks the breakable seal, the substance is dispensed from the second compartment into the first compartment where the toy is contained. The substance is dispensed onto the toy and obscures an overall appearance of the toy, at least partially. This creates a surprise element for the toy set since the user must remove the toy from the substance to see the toy.

A processor controls the speed of the cam such that the simulated breathing of the animal toy apparatus can be reduced at a controlled rate to assist an individual in reducing their breathing rate to a calmer state.

Abstract: A children's play toy includes an openable replica, a play compound within the replica, and one or more additional replicas nested within the openable replica. The additional replicas partially adhere to at least a portion of the play compound. For example, an oyster replica includes a play compound forming the mantle of the oyster and a second oyster which must be dug out of the mantle with a shovel or sword replica. The second oyster can have collectable pearl(s) contained therein. The pearls can then be assembled onto a customizable necklace and/or bracelet. The play compound which makes up the mantle can be independently played with. Children can use the toy to play with other children and to engage social media. The toy can be heat sealed to prevent the play compound from substantially moving or deteriorating before use.
