Abstract:
To provide a partitioning device for mixer, of which partitioning member can be removed from or installed on the machine body of the mixer by holding the partitioning member by both hands, and for which a plurality of kinds of partitioning members can be used commonly, and in which dispersions in the configuration of individual partitioning members are absorbed to ensure their smooth revolutionary movement. The partitioning device is provided on a mixer wherein a bowl is held on the front side of the pillar of the machine body, and a mixing tool is rotated in the bowl by a mixing shaft which extends downward from a head protruding forward from the upper part of the pillar. The partitioning device comprises a partitioning member, which has an annular rail and a surface member, a fixed roller(s) and a movable roller(s), which fit with the rail of the partitioning member, a fixed roller supporting means, which supports the fixed roller in such a way that the fixed roller is prevented from shifting in relation to the machine body, and a movable roller supporting means, which supports the movable roller in such a way that the distance between the movable roller and the fixed roller can be varied, and energizes the movable roller in a direction to close to the fixed roller.
Abstract:
The invention is directed to a handheld or immersion blender including a coupling device (1) for separating the shank provided with a processing tool from the electrically powered drive part, with an upper coupling part (2) arranged on the drive part having locking elements and a lower coupling part (3) arranged on the tool shank having detent elements, which enable the coupling device (1) to be interlocked axially. In this arrangement the locking elements are formed by spring-loaded holding lugs (11) projecting radially outwardly, and the detent elements are formed by recesses (16) on the inner circumference of the lower coupling part (3), with the upper coupling part (2) being twistable relative to the lower coupling part (3), whereby a releasable coupling is obtained. An improved handheld or immersion blender is thereby made available. The processes of coupling and decoupling an attachment to and from a drive part are made possible readily and without any major force using a simple click-in/turn-out motion. With the coupling of the handheld or immersion blender of the invention requiring only a small number of components and with no need to fit any additional actuating elements, blender operation is simple and manufacture straightforward.
Abstract:
This invention is related to industrial blades with a multi-point center and multi-wings which can be used with any driven, electric-powered, cutter-parting, stirrer blender, robot and mixer etc. devices either house type or industrial type, positioned at every possible angle with respect to each other and locked to middle axis. With present invention wherein a blade with multi-centers and multi-wings (4, 6) is used instead of a blade with single center and two wings, the time of function is decreased by half as compared to the use of single blade, cut pieces of various foodstuff have identical sizes, ice dices are uniformly broken down into snow sprinkles in a very short period of time (6 seconds) if engine power is sufficient for this purpose and some of the non-stiff foodstuff are fragmented without becoming juicy.
Abstract:
In a hand mixer (1) having two mains terminals (10, 11) and having interference suppression means (16) for a motor (27) and having a switching means configuration (130) which includes speed switching means (60) for switching the speed of the motor (27) to different lower speed values and start means (61) for starting the motor (27) at a higher speed, the two mains terminals (10, 11) and the speed switching means (60) and the start means (61) and preferably also the interference suppression means are connected mechanically and electrically to form a module (9), all the electrical connections between said parts of the module (9) being realized on the module (9).
Abstract:
An electric whisk is provided having an electric battery compartment (2) and a closure (40) for the compartment, with means (8) to ensure that the closure cannot be deployed to close the compartment without providing an electrical connection. In alternative aspects, the whisk includes a guard (20) to at least partially prevent liquid from entering the whisk housing (1) at the place at which the whisk axle (11) emerges from the housing. A method is also provided to electroplate the whisk housing whilst protecting the electric motor (10) from the electrolyte.
Abstract:
The invention is directed to a bell-shaped shield (1) for use on a household appliance, particularly a hand blender or a hand mixer. The inner wall (7) of the shield (1) forms a space (6) which is accessible from below via an opening (12) through which food (36) is supplied and discharged. A blade-like processing tool (8) inside the space (6) is adapted to be set in rotation by a drive shaft (3) so that the food (36) is caught, comminuted and/or mixed by said tool. The surface of the inner wall (7) has on its circumference individual outwardly extending wall sections (51) for the formation of clearance spaces (37), said wall sections (51) serving primarily for the diversion, comminution and enhanced mixing of food, while the clearance spaces (37) are used for receiving and discharging the food (36). This configuration allows for a more intensive and thorough mixing and comminution of food (36) in a minimum of time.
Abstract:
A hand-held mixer (1) includes drive means (36) for driving mixing tools (28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35), which mixing tools are detachably coupled to the drive means (36) and are disengageable from the drive means (36) with the aid of movable disengaging means (42), and further includes speed switching means within a first module (9), with the aid of which speed switching means the speed of the mixing tools can be switched to different speed values, movable actuating means (19) being provided for the actuation of the speed switching means and including a switching handle (20), and the disengaging means (42) and the actuating means (19) including the switching handle (20) being united to form a one-piece second module (44) which is arranged so as to be movable parallel to only one path of movement (43) both for the actuation of the speed switching means and for the disengagement of the mixing tools from the drive means (36).
