Abstract: Designing shapewear for special occasion garments with low cut necklines and back lines can be especially challenging. The challenge lies in constructing a garment that effectively shapes the wearer while simultaneously eliminating significant amounts of material from the chest and/or back region. Disclosed herein are shaping garments designed to be worn underneath garments with low cut back lines. The shaping garment includes a space in the back shaping region on its rear side, such that the shaping garment is not visible beneath an ultra low-back special occasion garment. A removable back adjuster can be used to bridge the space to provide additional shaping support when ultra low-back mode is not required by the special occasion garment.

Abstract: A lower body garment with shaping benefits is provided. The lower body garment may comprise an outer garment and a control panel inside the outer garment, such that the control panel is not visible from the outside of the outer garment. The control panel may have a rectangular shape and line a full circumference of an interior waist of the outer garment. Further, the control panel may be anchored to the outer garment at a top edge seam of the outer garment. In certain aspects, the lower body garment may be a legging, pant or skirt.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an abdominal and lumbar supporting device in the form of corset which is worn during different stages of pregnancy and different stages of postpartum and worn during medical condition which extend the size of the lower abdomen. The device allows a user to continuously wear something that is both comfortable and discrete. The multi-layered supporting device comprises of a flat or sack like front panel which is connected by elastics to two back panels, connected to each other by adjustable laces. The front panel is also overlaid by elastic bands placed in a flat or spherical manner with their wings connected to left and right back panels, which provides additional support for the abdomen. It is possible to connect and disconnect the wings as the user desires. The device may further include a removable boning for additional abdomen and lumbar support.

Abstract: The disclosed embodiments of exercise garments includes a torso portion adapted to substantially cover the torso of a user and one or more flaps. Each flap is secured substantially to a side of the torso portion. The exercise garment also includes at least one fastener adapted to selectively secure the pair of flaps across at least a portion of an abdominal region of the user. The fasteners may include a hook-and-loop arrangement (such as Velcro7), buttons or snaps. The illustrated embodiment includes a pair of flaps, which may overlap over the abdominal region when both flaps are secured. The fasteners may be adapted to provide adjustable positioning of the flaps. The adjustable positioning includes variable placement of the flaps relative to the abdominal region. The torso portion may also include a corset arrangement extending from a top portion of the torso portion downward through at least a portion of the abdominal region.
