    Abstract: An insert system for use with a smokable (e.g., such as a pre-rolled or empty cone) including an internal partition that extends from the insert system's first end to an intermediate location between the insert system's first and its second end. A flavor releasing mechanism (e.g., a flavor ball) is located within the insert system between the intermediate location and the system's second end. Accordingly, the internal partition obstructs the flavor releasing mechanism from passing through the system's first end. The system's second end includes an obstructor (e.g., a perforated cap) thereby obstructing the flavor releasing mechanism from passing through the system's second end. The insert system may then be coupled with a smokable item to serve as the item's mouthpiece.

    Abstract: An insert for use with a smokable (e.g., such as a pre-rolled or empty cone) with one or more internal cavities for securing flavor releasing mechanism(s) (e.g., flavored “click balls”) is provided. The insert with internal cavities may be provided as a standalone item for use in pre-rolling and/or hand rolling a cone or cigarette. The insert may include a section of smokable material such as paper including a horizontal aperture and vertical fold lines towards one end. The fold lines may be folded back and forth to form an accordion shaped cavity into which the flavor releasing mechanisms may be inserted and held secure. The insert may then be rolled into a tubular shape and coupled with a smokable to serve as the smokable's mouthpiece.

    Abstract: A method of manufacturing a tip for use with smokeable substances. A tube is rotated while applying heat to a section. The heated section is squeezed with tapered rollers and a pivoting rod is inserted. The rollers and rod are removed and heat is again applied. The heated portion is squeezed a second time with the tapered rollers and the rod is reinserted. The rollers and rod are removed and heat is again applied. The heated portion is again squeezed with the tapered rollers and the pivoting rod is again reinserted. The rollers and rod are removed and heat is applied to the end of the tube. The tube is scored above the end to form a scored line. Heat is applied to the scored line. Water is sprayed onto the scored line to split the tube into two pieces. Heat is applied to the tube at the split end.

    Abstract: A cigarette mouthpiece is described. Embodiments of the cigarette mouthpiece include cigarette mouthpiece made from a strip of flexible material having a varying width. A width of the strip of flexible material can help determine a length of a user engagement portion and a cigarette engagement portion of the cigarette mouthpiece. The cigarette mouthpiece can have a substantially circular cross-sectional shape and a diameter of the cigarette mouthpiece can be adjustable. Typically, an outside diameter of the cigarette engagement portion can be altered to fit into differently sized rolled cigarettes.
