    摘要： Closure clips and a process for the production of closure clips of strip-form or wire-form material for the closure of tubular or bag-like packagings. In the process, a substantially wave-form profile with successive first and second apex points is stamped along the strip-form or wire-form material, the first apex point forming a clip bottom, flanks respectively adjoining the first apex point on each side thereof form clip limbs that are bent over in a U-shape and the second apex point forms limb ends that are bent over outwardly with respect to the U-shape at which two adjacent closure clips are separably connected. The strip-form or wire-form closure clip material is pierced inwardly with respect to the U-shape so that a raised material portion is formed at the limb inside.

    摘要： A hand held and operated set of fastener clip pliers is provided which is useful to secure together reinforcement steel members, for example, those used in concrete construction, upholstery and fencing. The fastener clip pliers are comprised of a lower handle and an upper handle. The lower handle has at least two first prongs that define at least one intermediate slot between. The upper handle is pivotally connected to the lower handle such that the upper handle and lower handle can pivot to an open position and to a closed position. The upper handle has at least one second prong dimension to fit within an intermediate slot in the closed position. A fastening clip is provided that has a small extension protruding therefrom for manipulating and properly placing the fastening clip around the steel members prior to securing the fastening clip to the steel members.

    摘要： In U-shaped closing staples for bags and flexible tubes, which staples are made of strip material and consist of a crosspiece (7) and two legs (4) and in which the leg ends of the staple have been bent off outwardly to constitute a connecting web (2), by which the staple is severably included in a train (1), the severing of each staple from the train (1) will result at the severing location in the formation of burrs, which protrude beyond the strip width of the staple and may result in damage to the closed wrapper and to other wrappers. An apparatus for closing bags and flexible tubes by means of such closing staples comprises a closing punch (9), which acts on a die (8) and is formed in its active surface (29) with a groove (10), which has the same width as the closing staple and has a depth which is smaller than the total thickness in which the legs are subjected to the closing operation. During the closing operation the side wall faces of the groove (10) guide the leg ends (6) and ensure that the staple leg ends (6) firmly engaging the staple legs (4) on the outside will be embossed without a formation of a burr.
