    摘要: A rocket launcher connector assembly that comprises a first connector component coupled to a launch tube and a second connector component is coupled to a rocket. The second connector component includes an interface side configured to engage the mating interface of the first connector component. Spring members of the second component have rounded portions for engaging contact pads of the first component. A housing of the assembly has a connector holding portion for holding the first and second components. The connector holding portion defines an alignment channel that supports the first component and the alignment member is slidably received in the alignment channel in an insert direction. A tolerance member is engaged with both the alignment member and the connector holding portion of the housing, wherein as the alignment member slides in the alignment channel, the tolerance member biases the alignment member in a direction opposite the insert direction.

    摘要: This connector has snap-fit lock including a partially deformable locking member which is mounted on the housing so as to be axially slideable between an extended locking position and a retracted position; and a biasing spring which axially bias said locking member to its locking position. The locking member has a flexible beam including a tooth member adapted to engage a complementary locking projection of the counterpart connector, and to provide an axial stop therewith. The flexible beam is elastically deflectable on the axial path of the locking member, whereby the snap-fit effect is provided by elastic load, both axial and in flexion, of the flexible beam.

    摘要: An electrical connector includes first and second connector members each having respective complementary connecting elements, with the second connector member having an annular insert adapted for tight-fitting insertion in an annular recess of the first connector member. Attached to the second member is a circular spring having inwardly directed resilient tines which engage an outer surface of the second member for coupling the two connector members together in a locked manner. Attached to and disposed about the first member is a fixed apertured outer sleeve and the movable combination of an apertured inner sleeve and a release sleeve. Insertion of the flat blade of a tool into an aligned pair of outer and inner apertures, followed by rotation of the tool, causes its blade to displace the release sleeve into engagement with the spring, bending its tines and releasing the two connector members from one another.

The interlock connection includes a male portion, a resilient member, and a female portion adapted to receive the male portion therein. The main body defines a receiving groove (16) and a sliding groove (17). The receiving groove is located at one side of the main body. The sliding groove is configured for receiving the surface contact card therein. The latch engages the receiving groove and selectably encloses one end of the surface contact card. The fixing portion is provided on the opposite side of the main body adjacent to the sliding groove. The elastic element sets in the fixing portion and configures for resisting the other end of the surface contact card. The elastic element provides a force allowing removal of the surface contact card.

A connector coupling feature is located on the base and operable to couple a connector positioned in the connector channel to the base. A socket coupling member is resiliently coupled to and extends from the base. A securing member is located on the socket coupling member, wherein the securing member comprises a socket coupling member release surface that is oriented relative to a connector removal direction at an angle of greater than 90 degrees such that the socket coupling member may be deflected by the movement of the base in the connector removal direction and the resulting engagement of a socket surface and the socket coupling member release surface on the securing member in order to remove a connector coupled to the base from a socket. The apparatus may be coupled to a connector or may be fabricated as part of a connector and allows the connector to be removed from the socket by moving the connector in a connector removal direction and without a need to manually disengage the socket surface and the socket coupling member release surface.
