摘要: A battery terminal connector includes a body portion with a first yoke and a second yoke extending forwardly of the body portion to form a terminal receiver hole. A power fastener extends from a rearward end of the body portion to receive one or more of an adapter, a primary cable adapter, and/or an auxiliary cable adapter. Each of the adapter, the primary cable adapter, and/or the auxiliary cable adapter extends rearwardly of the body portion. The adapter has at least a first aperture configured to be coupled to the power fastener and a second aperture configured to be coupled to the auxiliary cable adapter. The auxiliary cable adapter may be coupled to the second aperture with an auxiliary fastener. A cover is coupled over the battery terminal connector.

摘要: A battery connector for a battery having a terminal post, the battery connector including a main body with a terminal clamp end and a lead end, the battery connector further comprising: a clamp body including: a conductive body for conducting charge from the lead end to the terminal clamp end; a lead mount disposed at the lead end for mounting a lead; an arcuate wall which provides a battery terminal post aperture for receiving the terminal post; a substantially insulating clamp actuator; an adjuster including first and second cooperating ramps, the first ramp mounted on the arcuate wall and the second ramp mounted on the clamp actuator, at least one ramp or flange being movable between a wide position and a narrow position, wherein the clamp actuator is configured to cooperate with the clamp body to close the arcuate wall around the terminal post by a relative movement between the insulating clamp actuator and the clamp body. The battery connector also provides a lead mounting zone at the lead end and a lead end closure for controlling access to the auxiliary lead end for connecting and disconnecting the one or more auxiliary leads without disconnecting the connector from the terminal post.

The shaft (84) is insertable through the bolt insertion hole (87) of a washer (86), but the column (83) is not insertable through the bolt insertion hole (87).

摘要: A clamp for a male terminal having features for preventing incorrect clamping, which comprises a main body having a ring and two jaws, that are movable toward each other for the ring to hold the terminal. An engagement element is movable in the vertical direction and to act upon the jaws to move them toward each other. A clamping member, operable to move the engagement element comprises a stem and a nut. The stem is fixed to a base body, which is pivotable relative to the main body between a first position, in which the stem is inclined with respect to the vertical and a second position, in which the stem extends in the vertical direction. In the first position, the engagement element prevents the nut from engaging a threaded portion of the stem. In the second position, the threaded portion is adapted to be engaged by the nut.

摘要: What is described is a battery terminal having a pole contact element which is designed to surround a pole of a rechargeable battery on a mounting plane; a first limb and a second limb which are each connected to the pole contact element, the spacing between the first and second limbs being reducible by application of force in order to fasten the pole contact element to the pole, and a tensioning arrangement which couples the two limbs to one another, said tensioning arrangement having a tensioning screw which can be actuated so as to apply force to the two limbs and which is oriented along a tensioning direction which is tilted with respect to the mounting plane. In this case, the tensioning arrangement comprises a first clamping piece which can be positioned on the first limb and a second clamping piece which can be positioned on the second limb, wherein the tensioning screw is passed through a first screw receptacle formed in the first clamping piece and a second screw receptacle formed in the second clamping piece, said first and second screw receptacles being aligned with one another along the tensioning direction.
