Abstract:
An outdoor robotic tool (100) comprising a switching assembly (104) comprising a carry handle (106) and a stop button (108) is disclosed. The carry handle (106) and stop button (108) are connected such that the raising of the carry handle (106) results in the stop button (108) being activated and vice versa. The activation of the stop button (108) results in the outdoor robotic tool (100) being rendered inoperable in some way. A lift-indication mechanism (126) may be present, which renders the outdoor robotic tool (100) inoperable if it is lifted. Either or both of the switching assembly (104) and lift-indication mechanism (126) may be present on the outdoor robotic tool (100).
Abstract:
A push-button switch assembly with identification of switching states includes: a push-button switch having an actuating head for actuating the push-button switch and having a push-button guide; and an adapter device for attaching the push-button switch to a housing body. The adapter device fastens the push-button switch in a bore of the housing body. The adapter device compensates for a different diameter of the bore of the housing body and the push-button guide. The push-button guide has a plunger which is arranged in a hollow body of the push-button guide and movable in the hollow body of the push-button guide when the actuating head is actuated. By actuating the actuating head, the push-button switch is switchable from a non-released state to a released state. The push-button switch is arranged such that a region thereof visibly protrudes from under the actuating head when the push-button switch is in the non-released state.
Abstract:
Provided is a switch with excellent operability. A switch is provided with a plunger, a lower torsion spring in which a biasing direction changes according to the movement of the plunger. The lower torsion spring biases the plunger in a returning direction when the plunger is in a reference position, and biases the plunger in a direction different from the returning direction when the plunger is in an operation position.
Abstract:
Provided is a switch that can be downsized. A switch is provided with a plunger, two upper torsion springs that bias the plunger in a returning direction, housing-side contacts, and plunger-side contacts. One of the upper torsion springs is arranged on one side of a plane that includes an axis passing through a central portion of the plunger, and that is perpendicular to perpendicular lines M connecting the plunger-side contacts and the axis, and the other one of the upper torsion springs is arranged on the other side of the plane.
Abstract:
Provided is a switch that can be downsized. A switch is provided with a plunger, and an upper torsion spring configured to bias the plunger in a returning direction. The torsion spring has a first arm that extends to the plunger and abuts against the plunger. The plunger has a hole at a position into which the first arm is inserted. The hole is a through hole extending in a direction that is perpendicular to a direction in which the plunger moves, and is the same as a direction in which the first arm extends when viewed in the direction in which the plunger moves.

Abstract:
The embodiments described herein include a system and a method. One embodiment provides an industrial automation system an emergency stop system configured to interrupt power to at least a portion of an industrial control system. The industrial automation system further includes a user perceptible indicator associated with the emergency stop system that in use provides an indication to a user of an operative state of the emergency stop system.
Abstract:
An emergency stop device including a control assembly which can be actuated in translation along a control axis between a released position and an actuated position, a locking element cooperating with the control assembly and able to assume a locking position to hold the control assembly in its actuated position, a read device configured to generate a command for authorising unlocking of the control assembly, an unlocking actuator configured to act on the locking device to release the control assembly from its actuated position, an actuating element which can be actuated in movement to generate a mechanical energy, and an energy generator configured to convert the mechanical energy supplied by a movement of the actuating element into an electrical energy intended to power the read device.
Abstract:
Devices, systems, methods, and kits for remotely operating a switch are described herein. An example embodiment of a system for remotely operating a switch comprises a plate, a connecting member, a first fastener, a second fastener, a first attachment member, a second attachment member, a first wire member, a second wire member, and a pulling member. The plate has a body that defines a first bend and a second bend and is releasably attached to the handle of a switch. During use, an operator utilizes the first and second wire members to moved the switch between an open state and a closed state.
Abstract:
An electrical switch with an at least two-part housing is disclosed, with a first housing part and second housing part connected to the first housing part, and with the first housing part including a connecting section for connection of a motor drive. In at least one embodiment, the switch includes at least one connecting screw which includes a first thread joining together the first and the second housing part and, on a screw end section facing away from the second housing part, includes a second thread projecting from the first housing part, onto which the motor drive can be screwed indirectly or directly.
