The base plate assembly includes a first base plate and a second base plate. The second base plate is riveted to the first base plate. Each keyswitch includes a keyswitch module. Each keyswitch module is pivotally connected on the base plate assembly. The first base plate includes a hole. The circumference of the hole forms a protrusion structure. When the second base plate is riveted to the first base plate via the hole, the protrusion structure will be compressed and inserted in the second base plate tightly.

摘要： A metallic keypad assembly having a ripple luster includes an elastic layer, an adhesive layer, a metallic keypad, an electroplated layer and a pattern layer. The elastic layer has a carrier. The carrier is provided thereon with a plurality of protrusions. The adhesive layer is provided on one side surface of the carrier. The metallic keypad is provided on one side surface of the adhesive layer and has a thin plate thereon. The plate is provided thereon with a first hollowed portion and a second hollowed portion. The first hollowed portion defines a pressing region of a key, and the second hollowed portion is set as an icon on the surface of the pressing region. The electroplated layer is provided on one side surface of the metallic keypad and penetrates into the first hollowed portion and the second hollowed portion. The pattern layer is provided on one side surface of the electroplated layer to seal and fill the first hollowed portion and the second hollowed portion. When external light illuminates the pattern layer of the metallic keypad, the pattern layer generates a reflective effect of a ripple luster.

摘要： There is disclosed a click disc switch assembly comprising a plate-like base having on it electroconductive ink paths including (a) "row" paths each including a respective row of contact pads in a row-and-column matrix of such pads on the base, and (b) "column" paths corresponding to the columns of the matrix and including respective junction pads. Overlying the columns of the matrix are click disc strips secured to the rest of the assembly solely by being adhered to an overlying sheet sealing the top of the assembly. Interposed between the strips and the "row" paths is an insulating layer deposited on the base to cover portions of the row paths while leaving uncovered their junction pads. Each click disc is electrically coupled to the corresponding "column" path on the base by the coming into contact of the disc when depressed to branch segments of a further electroconductive ink path (one for each click disc strip) deposited on the insulate layer and attached through an aperture therein to the junction pad of that "column" path. Variations in the thickness of the paths on the base and on the layer are cancelled out by depositing on the base, below the click discs, pairs of bars of the same thickness as the lead portions of the paths on the base, and by raising the contact pads by an amount equal to the thickness of the paths on the layer. The base is a laminar member comprising an overlying flexible plastic sheet adhered to an underlying stiffening board. The assembly may include a tail for connecting it to other circuitry.

摘要： According to a method of producing a key top for a pushbutton switch of the present invention, a base layer made of an insulating resin that can be plated with metal, an electroless plating layer to be formed on the surface of the base layer, and a polymer coating layer, if required, are stacked on the surface of a key top body. Alternatively, an electroplating layer formed by electroplating is further formed on the electroless plating layer. Therefore, a plating layer can be directly and easily formed on the insulating resin, whereby a key top for a pushbutton switch having a sensation of metal and being rich in design is obtained.

摘要： A pressure transducer device particularly useful in an electronic musical instrument includes a flexible base folded to define upper and lower flexible base portions, a donut-shaped first spacer between the upper and lower base portions and a resiliently deformable diaphragm attached about its periphery to the upper flexible base portion with a second donut-shaped spacer therebetween. A center region of the diaphragm laterally spaced from the second spacer is adhesively attached to a central region of the upper flexible base portion so that the upper flexible base portion moves inwardly and outwardly in response to the movement of the diaphragm. A pair of conductors are disposed on the folded flexible base member to face one another. A pressure responsive composition disposed over the conductors provides a contact resistance across the pair of conductors which varies inversely with the amount of pressure force exerted against the diaphragm. The upper flexible base portion may be attached between the first and second spacers about its entire periphery or at a small hinge region with the upper base portion being a flap movable about the hinge region in the region surrounded by the first spacer.
