Abstract: A computer server system and method are disclosed for personalization and customization of network search results and rankings, such as for Internet searching. A representative server system comprises: a network interface to receive a query from a user and transmit return queries and search results; a data storage device having a first, lexical database having one or more compilations and templates; and one or more processors configured to access the first database and search a selected compilation using the query to generate initial search results; to comparatively score each selected parsed phrase of the initial search results, for each classification of a selected template and a selected compilation, and to output initial and final search results arranged according to the classifications and the predetermined order of the template. A representative embodiment may also include use of a second, semantic database having multi-dimensional vectors corresponding to parsed phrases, paragraphs, or clauses.

The detailed implementing solution is: obtaining a knowledge graph, the knowledge graph including a plurality of entity nodes; obtaining a context type and context data corresponding to the knowledge graph; and generating vector representations corresponding to the plurality of entity nodes by a context model based on the context data and the context type.

Abstract: Content of different formats may be sourced from various data sources such as content servers and ingested into a data integration server by an ingestion broker embodied on a non-transitory computer readable medium. The ingestion broker may normalize the content of different formats into a uniform representation that can be indexed and delivered across multiple digital channels for a variety of applications. The normalized content may be analyzed and semantic metadata may be determined from the normalized content. The normalized content can be semantically enriched by associating the semantic metadata and the like with the content. The semantic metadata can be stored in a semantic index that can be used for searching via the data integration server. During search, the semantic metadata can be instantiated as facets for user navigation and refinement of search criteria and additional semantic relationships can be assigned to the words in the normalized content.

Abstract: Systems, methods and computer program products for using searchable aggregate indices associated with non-aggregated value storage. In one method, a search system stores metadata values for each of a plurality of objects in a storage unit. The metadata values are stored in corresponding value storage locations that are associated with an identifiable metadata fields. An aggregate index is provided which includes a dictionary of terms that are contained in metadata values associated with a designated set of the metadata fields. The aggregate index is searched for one or more specific search terms, and one or more of the metadata values are retrieved from the value storage locations in response to the search, where the individual metadata fields associated with the retrieved metadata values are identified.

Abstract: This disclosure relates to systems, methods, and computer readable media for performing multi-format, multi-protocol message threading in a way that is most beneficial for the individual user. Users desire a system that will provide for ease of message threading by “stitching” together related communications in a manner that is seamless from the user's perspective. Such stitching together of communications across multiple formats and protocols may occur, e.g., by: 1) direct user action in a centralized communications application (e.g., by a user clicking ‘Reply’ on a particular message); 2) using semantic matching (or other search-style message association techniques); 3) element-matching (e.g., matching on subject lines or senders/recipients/similar quoted text, etc.); and 4) “state-matching” (e.g., associating messages if they are specifically tagged as being related to another message, sender, etc. by a third-party service, e.g., a webmail provider or Instant Messaging (IM) service).

Abstract: Logic may adjust communications between customers. Logic may cluster customers into a first group associated with a first subset of synonyms and a second group associated with a second subset of the synonyms. Logic may associate a first tag with the first group and with each of the synonyms of the first subset. Logic may associate a second tag with the second group and with each of the synonyms of the second subset. Logic may associate one or more models with pairs of the groups. A first pair may comprise the first group and the second group. The first model associated with the first pair may adjust words in communications between the first group and the second group, based on the synonyms associated with the first pair, by replacement of words in a communication between customers of the first subset and customers of the second sub set.
